I had a terrible experience. There is no warning or sign anywhere I saw that I had to pay 3% credit card processing fee nor the online service charge 2%. If I knew about it, I wouldn’t have ordered online nor using a credit card!!! I wish there was a big sign saying there are fees. The cashier never mentioned any fee and the amount I paid was different from the check I received. I felt completely misled.
Also, I felt like I was ripped off completely by paying almost $21 for just few shrimps in the Mongolian shrimp dish. The attached picture was taken after I ate some food. There were fewer than 8 shrimps in the dish. The portion size is extremely small and overpriced. Also, the service was not good. I don’t recommend this place.

According to my research, this type of business practice is against the principles of transparency and non-deceptive business practices under the Washington State Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Chapter 19.86 RCW:

1. Failure to Disclose Fees (Hidden or “Junk” Fees)
The most relevant violation is the failure to clearly and conspicuously disclose all mandatory fees before the transaction is completed.
• Washington State Consumer Protection Act (CPA): The CPA broadly declares unfair or deceptive acts or practices in trade or commerce to be unlawful. Charging mandatory fees (like a credit card surcharge or an online service charge) without any prior warning, signage, or notification on the online platform is a deceptive practice that can violate the CPA.
• Disclosure Requirement: Even though credit card surcharges are generally legal in Washington (up to 4% as of the search results, typically capped at 3% by card networks), businesses must disclose the surcharge details clearly and conspicuously both on premises and online before the transaction is completed.
• Misleading Pricing: Related state law (like RCW 19.94.390 regarding pricing of commodities and services) prohibits misrepresenting the price or representing it in a manner that is calculated or tending to mislead or deceive a prospective purchaser.

This was our first time here am I was immediately impressed by how clean and tidy the place is. We arrived at 4:45 on a Friday evening before it got busy. The service by the staff and the wait time for our food very reasonable. Our pork came out quickly so we could enjoy it while our entrees were being prepared. My wife had Mu Shu pork which she loved and I had the Green Pepper Beef which was very fresh and delicious but could have been a bit more spicy for my tastes. The place filled up as we dined and we noticed many takeout orders being picked up. For good Chinese in Mason County, this is a great choice.

We love this place. If you want a relaxing restaurant experience with some of the friendliest people in belfair on staff look no further. Our favorite thing to do is bring loose leaf tea with us to have with dinner. The owner has tea pots with strainers she brings to the table with hot water

Decent Chinese food with great service!! We or ordered a fees for our Christmas Eve family dinner and it went over great. It came well packaged and the portion sizes were good.

Here is what we got:
Kung Pao beef: this was delicious with the perfect amount of spiciness that most would like.

Cashew shrimp: this was great. The shrimp was cooked perfectly.

Regular fried rice: solid but a little bland

Stirfry noodles: solid and tasty with a lot of sauce.

Shrimp purses: delicious! Fried very well and kept up crispiness

Potstickers: got super limp while waiting in the box but the filling

Eggrolls: same thing as the potstickers they were super limp while waiting in the box

Orange chicken: nice orange flavor but maybe a tiny bit dry

My family loves this place. The prices are very reasonable and the food is fresh and delicious. My kids love the egg drop soup, wonton soup, and fried rice. The honey shrimp and chicken chop suey are my favorites! The owner is usually the one who serves us, and she is so sweet and takes a lot of pride and care in what she’s doing.

To be transparent my husband and I don’t eat Chinese food often, and prefer homemade meals. We ordered for pick up right before the dinner rush so maybe lunch or dining in is better?

I got the chicken udon, and it was okay. The noodles were fine, the veggies were really good but the chicken seemed spongelike and I couldn’t eat it. I’m also pregnant so that could be a texture thing. I think if it had more sauce it might have helped.

My husband got the orange chicken and he said it’s not that good. The sauce seemed more watery than a sauce. Overall it seemed more soggy. I normally will eat some of my husband orange chicken but this one looked unappealing so I didn’t try this one. The rice was pretty bad. It was dry, and even a bit crunchy. Overall, we felt like we’d be better off getting the Safeway deli version.

An extra star because the food was decent. They false advertise prices and upcharge their upcharges. All 8 items including drinks were $1-$2 more than menu price. Making a basic chicken meal with fried rice over $20. When I brought to the attention of the lady running the place she pointed to a little sticker inside menu cover that said $1 more for all entrees. Refused to fix issue with unchanging drinks. Will not be going back. Insane pricing practice for mediocre food.

The first time here, I really wanted spring rolls. The best part is they were fresh. I was bummed there wasn’t cucumber, shy on the carrots, and didn’t have the other meat (nor celantro? But that’s hit or miss.) The peanut sauce was perfect. Overall, they were very friendly. They had a little one at work with them, I personally love it when family businesses can have kids in their establishment. Very well-behaved child, and again, the staff was kind. I would go back there and try other dishes I the future.

Unbelievably amazing gem of a restaurant. Food is fresh and MSG free. Family ran. I don’t have the words to describe how good the food is. If you enjoy Chinese food then you have to try this place. Worth the trip no mater where you live on the peninsula.
