OMG!! Didn’t get lunch yet? This is my first time trying Lotus Express and NOT my last time!! My daughter LOVES their foods, treated me to a lunch meal and now I LOVE it too!!

We expected fresh food since we arrived just 15 minutes after they opened, but unfortunately, it tasted old and off. Yaw should know this already another spot ive been going to for a life time it feels like. I tried something new for me the black pepper chicken but wasnt a fan the burbon is good as always and i shouldve got gen tso but always up for something new even if it turns out to ya know… Also them mew lemonnades are amazing with the boba i like the strawberry lemonnade one with the waterbaloon like boba so good

On 4/11/35 I purchased 1 egg roll 2 chicken combos. When I got home to est the food tasted HORRIBLE! I haven’t eaten there in years and it has gone downhill. The bourbon chicken was tough, the spicy chicken tasted and looked weird and the general tsao chicken was flavorless. I called up there to complain 3x and got a recording saying my call could not be completed as dialed. It was disgusting idk who the cook is today but they need to be retrained or fired!

Lotus Express at the Cherry Hill Mall has been my go-to spot for Chinese food for years! The food is consistently delicious, and the portions are huge—despite inflation, they still deliver amazing value. I have a peanut allergy, and I remember when I couldn’t eat there as a kid due to their use of peanut oil. About a year later, the owner remembered me and told me they no longer cook with peanut oil, and I’ve been enjoying their food ever since. The care and attention to customers is unmatched, and I can always count on them for a flavorful, satisfying meal. Highly recommend!
