I been getting takeaways from Ichi (sushi division) / Lotus (chinese food) for nearly 2 years now, the quality is just superb, phenomenal. There has never been a single instance where I was disappointed. The chef greets you at the door, talks to you in a friendly way and proceed to make his masterpiece. Cant recommend these guys enough!

The sauce on the crispy chicken had a very weird taste,nothing like sweet and sour I’ve ever tasted and far too much msg. The chips were old and had been refried. Not a good meal

We ordered food from here and it was nasty. Fried rice tasted burnt and black bits in dishes. I called them and sent the food back with my 10 year old son. They were hostile to him, gave him replacements and told us to never order there again….. very nice people! We would not dream of getting food from there again. The worst customer service attitude I have ever experienced.

Tried this place for the first time this week as our normal chinese is closed on a sunday. Considering the majority of chinese takeaways in harrogate are awful, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Tasteful and generous portions. Salt and pepper chicken wasn’t great but the salt and pepper chips are top notch. Would visit again.

This has to be the worst food in Harrogate. Order at least twice a week through Deliveroo and I would never recommend this to another human being. You read between the lines. Pity I can’t add a photo is the post and you can see what was delivered to me.
