Excellent lunch experience at Lotus with terrific service from Megan, delicious food and very generous portions on pho! I highly recommend visiting the restaurant for lunch or dinner.
My friend and I split the fresh garden shrimp rolls as appetizers and the rolls were nicely presented, very fresh indeed, and had a delightful dipping sauce.
For lunch, I had P2 (short rib, eye round, brisket): all aspects were perfect and the short rib was the star of the dish with tender meat in a great broth and fresh items on the side (cilantro, basil, etc). My friend enjoyed P10 (thin grilled beef, eye round, brisket) and we both had plenty of leftovers to take home.
Delighted that Megan was attentive during our meal and didn’t rush us as we enjoyed jasmine hot tea after our food. Thanks for a great lunch!

Best Vietnamese Restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. I’ve been all over the country always looking for a good Vietnamese spot, this place knocks it out of the park. After a long day of work, I always get excited for a warm bowl of pho! You can taste the quality, love, and passion of the food, and a huge shoutout to Megan for her outstanding service! Highly recommend the mango sticky rice!

I don’t usually share reviews of pho places unless they really impress me, and this place really did it for me. The staff is very welcoming and seem super happy to work here. I ordered the usual fresh garden rolls and a large P-10 pho with thin grilled beef, eye round and brisket. The rolls came out super quick and you can tell it was freshly made by how soft the wrapping was. Now on to the pho. First impression: wow! It was a large bowl for sure but the portion of meat was more than fair! I’m not used to seeing this much in one bowl, so it was a pleasant surprise. The broth was extremely flavorful and satisfying to the point where even if I was starving (and I was) a small bowl would have probably felt like too much. I don’t regret getting the big one. I did eat all the meat and a little more than half the noodles, but that hearty broth really filled me up. So tasty.
I asked about the bahm mi, and it looks like this is one of those rare places that does it completely pork free for all you kosher/halal folks out there. The pate they use is chicken liver, and the choice of meat is chicken, beef, or pork. So I might have to come back and get one for lunch . Oh, and they do boba teas here, so definitely come over and grab any of their amazing flavor choices (including pumpkin for the fall season!)

Stopped in for dinner. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff. The drink choices are a bit limited if you don’t like Boba, but it was expected coming in. The portions were very generous and the taste was spectacular. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The best pho around. The quality of food and the amount you get are impressive. The bubble tea is large and delicious with the flexibility to mix and match flavors to your liking .

I was a little worried when looking at the prices, but man is it worth it!!! Service was very nice and the food was amazing! VERY generous portions.
For starters we ordered the fried spring rolls with pork, the fresh rolls with grilled pork, and the fried dumplings… all were delicious and came out quickly. You can tell they made all of it in house! The thai iced tea was perfectly balanced as well.
For main courses we got the shrimp and crab fried rice – delicious and very fresh, no fishy-ness, and large portion. My daughter got the small pho with eye of round steak… tons of meat, but nothing compared to the pho I got with the short rib in it! Talk about a meat mountain! The rib was huge! Like having a meat lollipop!!
This place instantly became one of my favorites in Gloucester, and I’m very thankful I don’t have to drive to newport news to get good pho!!!!

We tried their Pho and their Taro Milk Tea, both great! And grabbed the Mango Sticky Rice to-go. Karra was very helpful and super friendly! Can’t wait to go back and try more! Serving portions are very generous which is helped by a walk on Main Street afterwards!

Amazing pho! We used to go to Yorktown for pho but no more. The food at this place is so much better! What a wonderful addition to Gloucester Main Street. The service was prompt and very friendly. Recommend 100%. We will be back for sure.

One of our favorite restaurants in the area. Food is fresh and delicious and the service is always great. Every dish we’ve tried is on par with casual Vietnamese / Asian “fusion” restaurants in an urban area. The boba is on point as well! A solid choice for a local restaurant to support.

Can I eat there everyday? Seriously! It’s delicious. I’m thrilled that little old Gloucester has a Pho and boba tea spot! It’s healthy and flavorful. The lemongrass chicken was grilled perfectly and the cucumber soup was lip-smacking. Who knew cucumber soup was even a thing? Don’t make a yucky face if you’re new to Vietnamese cuisine, You owe it to yourself to TRY IT! You’ll probably love it and be mad at yourself for avoiding it so long.
