Hidden behind construction, but I would say this place has the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had — especially being in the OC area. The fella taking our order was attentive and patient. The food was delicious.

I totally forgot to take a picture because I was so focused on eating, but the shrimp spring rolls had a dipping sauce that was different and better than other restaurants.Also, the shrimp pho soup had a different color broth(little red color), but the flavor was rich and deep, which I really loved.The food comes out in just 10 minutes, so if you’re really hungry, you should definitely check it out.

The food was really good! The area surrounding the restaurant was under construction, and there weren’t too many customers when we went. But these guys deserve the 5 stars, the food and service were great. I got a pork banmi, and it was super yummy.

We have the beef banh mi sandwich, and the Vietnamese beef stew w/baguette……delicious broth, great sandwich. Flavorful. The app combo was just the right amount of all three rolls. The Thai iced tea and Vietnamese coffee were nice!!

New location! This one has the same vibes as the previous location but with a taller ceiling so it’s much brighter inside.
I got their chicken salad (goi ga) and the wonton soup.
The chicken salad was super fresh with crunchy cabbage, carrots, and mint. The addition of fried shallots and peanuts added a fun texture too. The fish sauce mixed with their fried chili oil was a killer flavor combo.
The wonton soup definitely hit the spot on such a cold day like today. The wontons themselves had flavor and the broth really warmed up the body.

Great food, great service! We were visiting from out-of-town with friends and had to have Vietnamese food. So glad we went to the Lotus Bistro! The pho was delicious and the bun too!

Amazing food with lots of vegetarian friendly selections that are all delicious. Great price and perfect portion sizes and everything is super fresh. Been a return customer for many many years and I’ve tried just about everything on the menu now and it’s all 10/10. The quality and flavors have always been on point! And the service is always top tier, very wonderful staff. I recommend this restaurant all the time!!

I visited lotus bistro based on glowing Google reviews, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t match the hype. While our server was friendly and attentive, the food quality and cleanliness fell short.
The food, sadly, was a letdown (2/10). Dishes lacked flavor and presentation. However, the bigger concern was the restaurant’s cleanliness. The dining area and kitchen appeared dirty, and witnessing staff sneezing and coughing while handling food was alarming.
I understand that every business has off days, and I genuinely hope this review encourages lotus bistro to prioritize cleanliness

Just the most delicious, fresh food. Our sandwiches were delicious. Best spring rolls ever! We hadn’t been here before and will definitely come back. The family that owns it was very nice and attentive.
