When I become a best selling author, I’m going tell people I wrote my entire book here. This place is magical. Very good vibes. Good energy. It feels like the sun hits this place a little differently, like a twinkle in your eye. I enjoyed my time here. You can come for coffee or if you are feeling really grown you can get you some wine too! They have a wonderful staff, big smiles, great service. A 10 out of 10 for me. Much love.

Cozy coffee shop with a few themed libations. Variety of baked goods and Moravian dry goods for purchase. Good variety of comfortably seating options. Some street parking. This is directly across the street from the college & in the heart of Old Salem. I tried the “North Star” latte, which has an interesting spiced flavor. Knowledge, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Most of Old Salem is closed for the month of January but this is open and carries Moravian Cookies! The avocado toast was good. They were out of the sour dough bread but gave us a choice of other breads and we chose pretzel. Delicious! Very good atmosphere

If caffeine had a royal family, Lot 63 would be the crowned king, queen, and possibly the mischievous jester—all rolled into one delicious, frothy cup. I stopped in and ordered a hot caramel latte, and let me tell you… the moment that caramel touched my soul, I briefly forgot my responsibilities, my car payment, and even where I parked.

This latte was so smooth it could talk its way out of a speeding ticket. So rich it made my wallet jealous. So hypnotic that halfway through sipping it, I started whispering, “Yes, latte overlord, command me,” like I had joined some exclusive caffeine cult. If caramel could sing, this one would have auditioned for American Idol and made it to the finals.

The vibe inside? A perfect blend of cozy bakery aroma, coffeehouse calm, pub-style charm, and wine bar class. It’s like walking into a time machine powered by espresso and good decisions. The staff treated me like royalty—probably because I looked like someone who desperately needed caffeine—and the whole experience was smoother than a jazz band in silk pajamas.

If you’re ever wandering the historic streets of Old Winston-Salem, follow the scent of roasted beans and baked happiness right to Lot 63.

Lot 63, keep brewing that enchantment. I’m already planning my next visit—just as soon as this latte releases me from its delicious spell.

Beautiful atmosphere! Decorated for Christmas. Everyone was so friendly. Lots of seating, tables, bar seating, couches and chairs. Coffee, tea, wine, beer and hot chocolate. I got a brat on a hot dog and it was really good and it was reasonably priced for what you got. There was even an under ground area with additional seating and more bathrooms. Would visit again!

I was beyond surprised on my first visit to lot 63. They have taken the old gift shop from Old Salem and turned it into an amazing ☕ coffee shop, tap room, wine bar, where you can also taste Moravian treats (like their sugar cake). The employees are wonderful and there is ample indoor seating and unique meeting up spots.

They also have ♿ handicap accessible ️ parking, seating, and restrooms.

Great coffee shop AND food spot. Have expanded their menu extensively since they first opened. Purchased a hot drip coffee (Counter Culture) and an egg and cheese sandwich. My kids approved mightily and asked for a second one after they finished!

We were going to Salem College so my daughter could meet up with a friend of hers. We got there early and decided to walk around Old Salem. We decided to check out Lot 63. It’s really nice inside. I went to check out their beer and wines selections that they had. Sadly, I didn’t see any wines from local vineyards.

Michelle and Derrick were friendly and helpful! I ordered a hot mocha latte and my daughter ordered an iced matcha latte. They were really good! Looking forward to coming back again!
