Coffee was excellent!! Food also was great. I got the salmon crogel? It’s like a croissant in shape of bagel – which was quite yummy. Also got the empanada and the sauce made the difference! Cider was also delicious.

Note: you want to work, I didn’t see any available outlets and there is no Wi-Fi available. They did tell me I could use the wifi from next door but when I tried it required a Password, which I didn’t know so I ended up using my hotspot.

Traffic was wild between 9-10:30 am on a Friday, then I was finally able to get a seat. Luckily I was able to share a table with someone else for a little while otherwise while I waited for a seat to open

Just misinformation on their beans… I purchased the Laboyano beans (284g / $22 – quite cheap) on the 29th. The labeling indicates this as one of their lighter roasts but the bean color and taste says otherwise – these are not lightly colored (close to oily). There is an overwhelming smokey / chocolatey taste and little fruity/tea-like flavor emanating from the cup no matter the recipe I try. I’ve had no luck so far finding local *light* roasted coffees thus far 🙁

Nice neighborhood feel cafe with a good menu of savory and sweet snack options. I would give it 5 stars if they served thier food with actual silverware and mugs it would be a 5 star rating from me! Food is expensive. Around $15 for a sandwich

Loved Lost Sock- found it on a stroll around my neighborhood and had to step in. The barista was really kind helping me find lactose free options and I ended up getting the beet hummus on sourdough! I don’t usually like beets but this was so good- the beet hummus paired with the vegan tzatziki and crunchy cucumbers was just perfect! I also got an oat chai and easily on my top 5 – it’s usually not easy to find a non-dairy chai that’s got a good balance of spices and sugar, and they got it right here at lost sock!

I love Lost Sock Roasters. They have excellent customer service and I also love the space and aesthetic. It gets very busy so finding a good place to sit can be a challenge even on a weekday morning but sometimes you get lucky. The drip coffee is delicious and all the food we’ve had is also quite good. My husband and I were surprised by the Peruvian aji in the egg sando. My husband is from Peru and loved the aji’s authenticity. Only small recommendation I have for the shop is that for dine in customers, there should be a coffee refill of some kind either free or at a discounted price. It’s pretty standard at most shops and was surprised Lost Sock doesn’t do that.

Good coffee! It was busy when we came Sunday morning but we managed to get a table and order some breakfast as well. I got the iced London eye latte which reminded me of a London fog but in latte form. It was delicious and I loved the level of sweetness! I also got their chicken empanada which I thought was ok. The employees are super friendly and I love the area lost sock is in as well.

Recently went to Lost Sock Roasters in Takoma Park for the first time to meet a colleague for coffee/tea. It was a late morning on a week day. Luckily, I was able to snag a parking space right across the street in front of Donut Run , where the parking spaces are on a diagonal.

Lost Sock’s Roasters is a nice spot with a cozy and quaint vibe. Their menu got me from the start with an eclectic combination of traditional items with unique flavors for their small bites and all-day breakfast options.

Things like
– a guava pan de yuca
– various empanadas
– an Egglote Sando – egg breakfast sandwich on brioche with elote corn
– avocado toast with a twist where you can add a jammy egg and/or smoked salmon.

I’ve been wanted to try a jammy egg for a while, so when I saw that Lost Sock Roasters has an avocado toast, with pickled veggies & shallots and you can add smoked salmon, and/or a jammy egg, I opted go for the maximum flavor combo. It was delicious!!

My colleague ordered an empanada which she said tasted really good. It looked good too!

Since it is Lost Sock Roasters coffee is definitely a feature. Not being a coffee person, I was intrigued by their specialty drinks with unique flavors like a jasmine blossom latte or a passion fruit tonic, which you can also order with matcha, espresso or a house-made tonic.

I ordered the passion fruit matcha. I would definitely go back again just for this tropical and refreshing drink!

Lost Sock Roasters has seating both outside and inside. The vibe is very cozy and casual. It was pretty packed both in inside and out. You can tell it’s a popular place for to hang or work.

I liked Lost Sock Roasters. The staff were friendly; and they have cute merch including coffee and yes, socks!

Adding it to my list of meeting spots.

It was a very local, cozy atmosphere. The barista was nice and recommended his favorite menu. It was nice and recommended for a pick up on a hot busy day. I would go again on a bit chilly day!

This café has quickly become my go-to since moving to Northwest, offering a delightful local experience just a 10-minute bike ride from my house. Lost Socks consistently impresses with excellent chai, a good selection of baked goods, and really good empanadas. The staff’s dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, as they go the extra mile to ensure your order is perfect. The café is pretty small overall but they do have nice outdoor seating. Due to its popularity, expect a lively atmosphere and potential wait times, but the quality is well worth it.
