I went Saturday and ordered a half and half pizza with General Tso wings. The order was ready in 15 minutes, and I should’ve been suspicious. I guess I was just happy to have a warm and fresh pie in contrast to when I’ve ordered their delivery on game days (I understand traffic is horrid, not their fault there). The wings were phenomenal, but the pizza dough was raw. I called for a refund on the pizza, but management hasn’t gotten back to me. The pizza shop is adorable on the inside, and the people who worked there were kind and expedient. Hopefully no one else runs into this issue like I did.
Edit: Management got back to me and gave me a partial refund.

We’ve visited this location a good handful of times now, and we’ve been pleased each time. The staff are friendly, and the pizza is fresh (and made to your liking). The management is clearly quality-focused when it comes to the pizzas they put on the table. This Northport location is a reliable, family-friendly eatery that’s definitely worth a try.

Pretty decent pizza . Excellent service and a nice atmosphere. Good place to go for something a different.

Update: I also love to eat cold pizza. This pizza was great as the breakfast of champions Pizza. I’m giving another star for that, so 5*.

Pizza was great! No ice in the drink machine. Tried to play the games with the kid, but the change machine wouldn’t take $1 or 5$ bill. But the decorations were cool and the pizza was great. Ordered a kids meatball and pasta to go for later and I’m sure it will be great but the size was a bit small for $8.99. But the pizza was great.

Today I stop by on my way home from work. Got a medium Kujo pizza. It was not good, didn’t taste fresh. I also went there on Feb 20. Got the same pizza hot and fresh. Im very disappointed on how the pizza tasted on Feb 27, @ 3 pm. It’s best not to
order pizza after 1 pm .

So Lost Pizza Co in Northport AL is definitely going to be a regular dinning experience for my family. We had the Fried Ravioli as a starter… Perfectly battered, seasoned and fried with a robust red sauce dip. The Thick Crust Islander and Pepperoni and Cheese Pizzas were delicious. I love the homemade buttery crunchy outer crust with a light center crust… so so good.

The reason I gave the 3 star review on the service is due to the lack of hospitality and interaction between the staff and customer. They were not rude but only focused on taking your order and dropping off the food. No hello how are you, welcome to The Lost Pizza Co. Or as they cleaned tables asking if you were enjoying your food or needed anything.

And when you have 3 registers with only one register taking orders and have a line backed up to the door and a group of staff huddled together in the back it would be nice to see them step up and help. Like bring menus to the customers in line, or open up a second register to get people into seats.

But over all the atmosphere was clean and fun. The food was amazing and the prices were not too bad.

If you’re craving delicious pizza with bold flavor and a perfectly crispy crust, Lost Pizza Company is absolutely worth a visit. The pizza is really good – fresh ingredients, generous toppings, and just the right amount of cheesy goodness.

What makes it even better is the atmosphere. The space is open, clean, and comfortable – perfect whether you’re hanging out with friends, on a casual date, or just grabbing a bite after a long day.

Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for pizza that hits the spot in a relaxing, welcoming setting. I’ll definitely be back!

At 11, there were people inside already. We went to the counter and ordered our food. I ordered a small Lucille signature pizza and a small house salad. The salad has lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, cheese, and a pickle. The dressing is really fresh. They didn’t have thousand island, but the comeback dressing tastes just like it. My total was $16.48. My friend ordered the small house salad and a small Kujo pizza with bacon, hickory ham, pepperoni, Italian sausage, ground beef, onions, green peppers, black olives & mushrooms. It’s hard to find and taste each ingredient that is supposed to be on it. They mixed up our order. They gave my friend my pizza and I was still waiting for it. They brought a medium pizza to our table that we didn’t order. Then they took our tickets back up to the counter. They came back saying that the pizza that my friend had already eaten a slice of was supposed to be mine. They brought her pizza out and took away the medium pizza. They didn’t offer to make me another or to reimburse me. I just ate what was left of mine and a slice from hers. There were two registers open when we got there and then they shut down to one. By 11:15, the place was packed and formed a single line all the way to the door well after 12. It was strange to watch the servers walking around confused with pizzas looking for the right customer to give it to out of at least three rooms full of people. They had a hard time finding them. It seems to me that the customers should pick up their own food when their number is called. There is also a game room with various machines for the kids to play. Only two kids were in there. We got up to leave but didn’t see anywhere to put the salad bowls or pizza pans. I guess they clear the tables. It was an experience. Oh, and the small build-your-own pizza states that it is $5.99 with all the toppings you can choose, along with crust and sauce that you pick, but the catch is, you pay an additional $1.50 for each of those toppings. The drinks aren’t cheap either. I brought my own water. The drinks are $3.00. A cup of water is 25 cents. A 20 oz bottle of water is $3.00.

In my opinion, Lost Pizza company has the best pizza in the Tuscaloosa area. I love both the Kujo and the Otis. I always eat my pizza there. The atmosphere is great.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars for the atmosphere.

Food was great, went for lunch on a Sunday it was busy but service was quick. What he had to eat was tasty. Had the yardbird, it’s a chicken sandwich – yummy. Pizza was pepperoni, ham, sausage and onions.
