Recently opened in Hernando. We went to check it out. It was awesome. The atmosphere, the Food and the employees were great!!
We got a large Ottos pizza and some barbecue wings. Everything was delicious. The price was pretty reasonable as well.

We went last night 11/12 and it was so so good! Can’t recommend enough! We got Lucille pizza on cauliflower crust as well as the pepperoni pizza, chef salad, Greek salad and the chocolate dessert pizza on cauliflower crust! It was so good you can’t even tell it’s cauliflower crust! The service was super quick and they were constantly checking on us making sure everything was good and up to our standards. I am craving a salad on the next day and it was because it was so good!

Our party of 6, 2 ordered chicken pasta. 4 got their meals within 10 minutes. 20 minutes later we inquired about theirs. We were informed that they had to fix more pasta which took 20-30 minutes. No one informed us or offered a 2nd choice or discount. 30 minutes after we finished their order arrived hot and delicious. Plus they sent a free dessert. Wow . . Service is lacking. Good is great.

Love the atmosphere and all the cool decorations. The staff are the friendliest I’ve ever seen. I think every employee came to check on us and we felt like royalty. The food was delicious and my husband said it was the best Otis pizza he ever ate.

There are several things to work on here to match service with other locations. First service, this was our first time visiting the Hernando location and there were multiple problems. Upon placing an order, we recieved no number to make it easy for delivery to our table. We noticed this only after sitting down and observing that all the tables around us have one. We then flag down a server to inquire about it and are asked what our order is. Upon food delivery, the pizza order is wrong, ordered a half pit boss and kujo and received a kujo and cheese. No silverware was offered and as the pizza was slightly under done and floppy , it was hard to pick up and eat. No one ever checked back to see if the order was correct or if we needed anything. We had to flag down a server to inquire if we had received someone else’s pizza. Upon checking on the issue, they offered to remake it. At that point it was half gone and we declined. We also put in a to go order and my husband checked with the cashier multiple times to see if it could be delivered to the table where we were eating. The cashier said no problem. We sat for over 30 min and the order never came. Upon getting ready to leave, we check and it is up front getting cold for the majority of that time. Sadly, only one person checked on us the whole time which was before the food even arrived. Once there was an issue, the whole staff avoided eye contact and any interaction even though my husband and I were nice and polite the entire time. One server apoligized sincerely but overall there was a sense of indifference and avoidance.
