The food is close to what you can expect from a small town Mexican eatery. The starter chips were warm and they tasted pretty good. They kept bringing new baskets as we finished the old ones. Our particular server was a little slower than I expected on a night that didn’t seem that busy, but the service was still good. Overall, we will be returning and I would recommend it for some fast casual Mexican food.

Went here for a dinner date and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The ingredients tasted fresh and I got exactly what I ordered, very generous portions. The people who served us were very friendly, and made sure to check in on us to see if we needed anything else as well. My only gripe is that the music playing from the speakers was so incredibly loud. It kinda killed the mood having to ask my fiancé to repeat himself multiple times just to have a conversation.

My son and his family took my wife and I here a couple of months ago. Well, we went back for a visit and decided to go again to eat at Los Vaquero’s again.

Food was amazing! I got the fajipina and we got the Texas nachos to split. Texas margarita was amazing too. Got about 5 glasses out of a pitcher.

The food is good. Worth the 2 stars Im giving. The change in portion is drastic for take out. Dining in you get more. They jip you on take out or doordash orders. So be aware of that. The chips are stale and they used to give larger bags…now they give small bags that fit maybe 15 chips for a large dip. 4 table spoons per side and the main item is smaller than usual.

Cute little building but the food was not so great. The salsa tasted mostly like stewed tomatoes, chips were stale, and the guacamole bland. The waiter was nice and the salads were actually pretty good. But overall not so great.

In town for comic con, figured since it was cinco de Mayo, we would grab some Mexican food. I sincerely have no idea how this place has such a high rating or was as packed as it was. The food was FLAVORLESS and cold. The waiter was polite but was in such a rush that it felt like we were an inconvenience. When informed the food was cold, we were offered more (cold) rice and beans. We ordered street tacos and nacho Supreme. When we went to pay, the cashier didn’t even bother to ask how anything was because I assume she already knows that their food is terrible. Save your money, go to Walmart, grab some Carne asada cut meat, fry it up (no seasoning) and slap it on a tortilla. I promise you it’ll be better than anything you get here.

Very bland food. The red sauce reminded me of chef boyrdee sauce. We never saw the waiter unless we got our food or getting the check. I got the enchiladas Supreme and asked for two chicken no beef. I ended up with beef. We had to return our drinks because the soda tasted like carbonation. We won’t be back.
