Went here for lunch yesterday and I can say I really enjoyed it. I ordered myself the Carne Asada from the lunch menu and it was a very hefty portion. The pico de Gallo was so fresh and the Carne, that was the most tender and flavorful, and just downright perfect. I didnt have to chew for hours lol so I can say the chef knew what he was doing. Of course like every other meal I had to get me a Modelo on draft to wash it all down. So overall I was very happy with the food the place and the service! Its must try if you’re ever out on this side of town.

Fantastic Fajitas and Speedy Service!
I recently had a truly great experience at this restaurant and felt compelled to share my positive feedback. From the moment I sat down, the service was attentive and efficient. I ordered the steak fajitas, and to my pleasant surprise, my food arrived within an incredibly quick 10 minutes!
More importantly than the speed, the steak fajitas themselves were absolutely delicious. The steak was tender and flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and the accompanying vegetables were fresh and grilled just right. The portion size was generous, and everything tasted fantastic.
If you’re looking for a restaurant with delicious food and impressively fast service, especially if you’re craving some excellent steak fajitas, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning!

We just moved to Rolesville not long ago, and Los Tres Magueyes has already become our go-to spot for dinner. I’ve been here about four times now, and it’s been great every single time. The staff is always so friendly and quick — you get greeted as soon as you walk in and seated right away. The tables and menus are always clean, which I really appreciate. Chips and fresh salsa come out immediately, which is perfect while you look over the menu.
The food always comes out fast, hot, and fresh. The portions are huge, so I always end up taking leftovers home (and they’re just as good the next day!). I’ve had the beef and chicken taquitos — packed with meat and super crispy — and the chicken and shrimp with rice and cheese, which is amazing. The rice is always cooked just right, and the little side salad is refreshing. Their guac is made with fresh avocado, and the queso is great for dipping chips or adding on top of your meal.
The Blue margarita is a favorite — big, delicious, and just the right amount of kick. The prices are really reasonable, especially considering how much food you get. The place itself is bright and colorful, with fun decor and music that adds to the atmosphere without being too loud.
I’ve brought both of my parents here and they loved it too. Between the great food, clean restaurant, fast service, and awesome staff, this place has definitely earned a permanent spot on our dinner rotation. If you’re in Rolesville, definitely check out Los Tres Magueyes.

It was just okay. The chips were nice, salsa a little thin. They sent my husband a beef burrito when he ordered a bean burrito and my food was not hot. Cheese not melted. Beer was good, they brought out chilled glasses, loved that. It’s a lively Mexican restaurant with lots of patrons. Maybe it was an off day. Would not return until I visit all the other Mexican restaurants in the area.

The food was pretty good. The salsa was watery.. seemed diluted or cheap. I got the chimichanga and rice. The food was definitely authentic Mexican food. My husband loved his quesadillas. I would return to try other items on the menu.

This is a local favorite. Food is authentic Mexican and always fresh. I think they are family-owned. To me they are the BEST Los Tres Magueyes in the Raleigh-Durham area, and I used to live in El Paso, TX. Love it!!! No photos this time because I only got a side of rice on my visit.

I’ve been searching for authentic Mexican food, enchiladas, fajitas, etc. and this place has it all. Food was prepared as if you were at home, only item that I’d wish they would change is the salsa. Chips are great, prefer a fresher variety of salsa with some kick. 5 stars

Very hostile. Nice nasty service. Extra pay for every little add on. I asked for a small sour cream to go they said they would have to charge me( which was fine) but I had already received my bill and I have no cash on me. So one of the servers asked if she could get it for me and the owner said no! No sour cream no tip!
