Ordered a veggie chimichanga a few weeks ago and the flavor was amazing. I ordered takeout and it was pretty fast. We were able to park our semi in the abandoned lot right next door so that was also good.

This place is one of if not my favorite Mexican restaurants anywhere. Over the years it’s always been consistent and outstanding, from the chips and salsa to every entree I’ve ever ordered from there. Today was no different.
Service is always prompt and attentive as well and have never remotely had an issue. Highly recommend this place if you’re traveling along I-70 or live nearby, you won’t regret it.

Best Molcajete I’ve ever had. My wife loved her shrimp Cocktail. The service was excellent. The bus person was even helping get drinks and check on tables and everyone worked together like a well oiled machine. Never went without refills, and the service was excellent, but not overbearing. I like it when they come to check on you enough, but not too much that it’s annoying. That’s exactly what this service was like. I was able to have great conversation with my wife, and not be interrupted, while at the same time being well taken care of. The server had a wonderful personality and was very welcoming and smiley. 🙂 Will definitely return. 5 stars is all I’m able to leave, but I’d give 500 stars if I could.

What a great Mexican restaurant!! Right off of RT 70. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, but most importantly, the food was delicious.
We were recommended the Chipotle chicken with bacon. This dish was so good and it wasn’t too spicy. The rice was cooked perfectly, and unfortunately, in my opinion, the refried beans weren’t that tasty. The Pollo Azteca was also very good.
I would definitely recommend trying this place if you’re driving through.

The food and service were fabulous. We arrived at 11:06 on a Sunday. By the time we left, the restaurant was very full with large groups of locals. Stop in if you are heading past.

Chicken beef shrimp refried beans rice. The works.

Being from Texas and knowing good Mexican food. This is one of two places I found above the Red River. That had awesome Mexican food.
Highly recommended.
Enough for breakfast next day.

Amazing food. I had the shrimp tacos with Chipotle mayo, Margarita on the rocks, a Corona, and the fried ice cream. The shrimp taco platter was huge and I could only eat one taco and finish off the rice before the Margarita kick in and I was starting to get full but I really wanted the fried ice cream. So I boxed everything up, finished the Margarita, and ordered the fried ice cream. I finished the ice cream barely and I still had a beer to finish. Now I am really full. Ugh…
So I gave the atmosphere a 4 star only because they are renovating the kitchen and that is the only reason. I will give 5 stars for everything else. My only question was that if the food was this good then where are all the customers? Hence the lengthy review. Prices are pretty good too.

I ordered the steak fajita quesadilla and everything was amazing the Mexican rice the refried beans and as it says in the menu the lettuce was crisp with tomatoes and onions and pico de gallo sauce it was fresh it had fresh fajita vegetables in it it was amazing and I ordered it they said it would be ready in 10 minutes it was ready when I got there I just can’t say enough good things about this restaurant I can’t wait to get back to Indiana as a trucker to enjoy their menu again thank you Los tres caminos
