First time visiting here, came with the bestie and Karla was our server. She gave EXCELLENT service, paired with always keeping our drinks full and informed when the food was taking a little longer than usual. We really enjoyed ourselves and the food was really good. Come on a Monday for the HH specials and ask for Karla, she provides wonderful service and makes me want to come back!!!

Food was great! Salsa was good, I liked the green one a lot. I like the drinks, and there are options for vegetarians like me. A puffy queso is fun but it’s not filling at all I recommend you get other food too like enchiladas, rice, and beans.

Los Tios is a wonderful and beautiful restaurant. I ordered the No. 4 and hubby got the Acapulco combo with two enchiladas (no tamal).
We were here around 3:00 pm on a Tuesday and it was quiet.
Our server, Alfredo, has taken care of us many times. He’s patient, courteous and professional.
Our corn tortillas are the best you’ll ever taste. They’re homemade.

UPDATED: I updated this to 4 stars because the manager reached out and was sincerely embarrassed and apologized. She even went and bought a toilet seat that evening. I felt she was honest and sincere in her apology so I will definitely be back and she even gave me a reason to try again, that means a lot.
I give this place a 3 star review because of its ladies room. Vanessa was amazing. Food was good. Margaritas tasted fine but the condition of the ladies room was horrible. No towels. Kinda silly. Only 2 stalls – neither locked, Kinda stupid, only one had a toilet seat. C’mon Really. Someone go to the hardware store and put a freaking seat on…that’s just ridiculous….and if you can’t seem to get a seat on-then close it. Doesn’t seem that hard. I would definitely eat here again but hope they can figure out how to get their facilities up to standards.

This was an amazing little break during a hectic Saturday of shopping. Everything came together to provide us with a relaxing location to catch our breaths and recharge for the afternoon! The food was delicious, but more than that was our server, Niera. She was very attentive and made sure we were happy with everything. So happy we stopped in and found another great restaurant to visit in West University!

First time in there, very busy place, which is a good thing I presume! Margaritas on point, got the watermelon, yum! Quesadilla was delicious, served with guacamole and sour cream on the side. Chips & salsa served as soon as you sit down. It’s a bit loud in there, only reason for not 5 stars.

This was our first time at this restaurant and we had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was very nice and fit the theme of the restaurant very well.
Our waitress was kind and patient and gave us great recommendations.
We loved the chips and the red salsa.
The Tex Mex plate was great, although we couldn’t eat too much due to being full from chips and salsa.
I ordered the enchiladas with the beef fajita meat and they were so delicious.
