We’re wintering in St. George and love trying new restaurants — this one is a true gem! We’ve been several times, and every visit has been outstanding. The decor is inviting, the staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and the food never disappoints.
Complimentary chips, salsa, and a tangy pickled cabbage mix are served while you wait — all fresh and flavorful. Every dish we’ve tried has been five-star quality. Don’t miss this spot — it truly has it all and stands out among the rest in St. George.

EXCELLENT!!
Mexican food is our favorite cuisine and we are pretty picky…. This place is excellent. The restaurant is really colorful w a happy vibe and clean. Service was sincerely friendly and very fast. Food was outstanding and large portions!

Fantastic restaurant! The service, atmosphere, and food were all excellent! The portions were so large my husband and I could have shared his grande combination. The chips and salsa were also excellent and as we finished a basket of chips or container of salsa they were right there with more. My youngest said this is definitely his new favorite restaurant in St. George. If you go we recommend the the chile relleno, burrito, enchiladas, and of course the chips and salsa!

Los Tapatios Mexican Restaurant is very nicely and colorfully decorated creating a cultural dining atmosphere. The service is responsive, and personable. The 3 fish taco lunch with horchata is a great choice. Yesterday, was my first time eating there and I highly recommend it.

We made a spontaneous stop here while passing through, and I am so glad we did. This place serves delicious, authentic Mexican food, and the portion sizes are absolutely massive. 100% worth every penny! One plate could honestly feed two people and still leave you with leftovers. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was beautifully executed, with custom illustrated tables and booths, gorgeous paintings, and unique decor. I wish I could just bring this entire restaurant home with me to the East Coast! If I ever find myself in the area again, this will be my go to restaurant for sure.

MUST TRY!! Great drinks at a fair price. Appetizer Platter is huge!! Fajita Trio was delicious. Cantarito was huge and Pepino Loco was fantastic!! Decor was awesome and wait staff was top notch!!

Stopped here for dinner at the end of a long drive and I am so glad I did! Portions are huge, the horchata was perfectly sweet, and the pork carnitas were the perfect crispy – flavorful – juicy deliciousness. Will definitely be back!
