I have been in Idaho Falls for almost two months now and I never expected to find a taco food truck!
The employees were great. I was greeted and I could tell they love their job. Super nice and pleasant.
I got the 3 Quesabirria with consome. Consome is the flavorful liquid that the meat cooks in, for those who aren’t aware. The Quesabirria tacos were fantastic. The meat was incredibly tender.
I ordered a side of fries for my daughter. They weren’t like the ordinary fries you would get at a fast food restaurant. These seemed like they were homemade. My daughter wasn’t the biggest fan of these, sadly.
They had coolers nearby with toppings for the tacos. In a smaller cooler they have different types of salsas. I didn’t get to try the salsa this time around but maybe next time!
I will certainly be coming back to try more of the menu items. I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area!

Sooo yummy. 4 types of salsas (the Habanero is hot!). Friendly service, we drive over an hour from Driggs for their delish food. Highly recommend.

I ordered two sides of rice and beans and a taco. The taco had no toppings which I could get over, but the rice and beans tasted like an actual ash tray. I had to throw it all away, the bag it came in even smelled like cigarettes. I will never order from here again.

From my top flavor and taste buds as an authentic Mexican food places, this was one of least favorite taco truck. I believe the good ones are in hidden places.
The salsa isn’t spicy at all and the meat were under cooked a bit too soft. Just had to try them out because of all the reviews.

Love this place, food is delicious at a reasonable price , the chicken flautas are the best, you can enjoy a really good lunch or dinner with a beautiful view of the river falls,

I recently visited a taco truck by the waterfalls in Idaho Falls, and though I’m not very familiar with authentic Mexican food, I asked for a recommendation. The staff suggested their best taco, and it did not disappoint! The taco was delicious, the portion size was generous, and the price was affordable. The customer service was warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Whether you’re looking for a quick treat or a satisfying meal while enjoying the waterfalls, this taco truck is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to all my friends.

I loved their lengua street tacos. I was skittish trying a new place but this place was awesome. Nice lady took our order, had a cooler filled with the toppings. I prefer a little spice and the habanero salsa was spot on. Hubby had the burrito and said it was fantastic.

Rice was cold, carne asada tasted old like it had been in the fridge for a few days. Sauces were just OK. They give u a tiny plate so food is all over when u try to eat it . Falls off ur plate.

Birria needs flavor and the meat isn’t soft. The rice is too orange and it isn’t fluffy… it also needs flavor.
