If you’ve never had pupusas, you are missing out big time! They serve a giant one that you choose the filling or try them at the buffet on Mondays. Love that there’s a small store inside with specialty Latin foods including paletas (ice cream bars) and freshly delieverd baked goods available. Was meaning to try this place during one of my visits to Havelock and so glad we did! Great service and excellent food.

These folks live it up! The food is fantastic and the environment has such a vibe. They have dancing on Fridays and Saturdays from 9pm til 2am and a little dance floor. The margarita was not weak.

We have been trying new places to eat here instead of falling into a rut going back to the same places we know are good. We stopped in today for lunch and discovered thet have a small lunch buffet filled with pupusas, rice, beans, various meats and fruits. If you order the buffet, they have tacos available to go with it that comes fresh from the kitchen. Salvadorian food is a little different than restaurant style Mexican food most are used to. This place is more home style food and is delicious. It reminded me of my wife’s grandmother’s food that she used to cook from scratch. The food good, prices cheap, and the restaurant has a very authentic atmosphere.

This place is a wonderful addition to Havelock. They are new and don’t have their alcohol license yet but it’s a coming. Food was delicious, service was good and the atmosphere is good. I rated it a 4 star due to newness. They will work the kinks out.

I really enjoyed the food here. My meal was hot, authentic, had large portions, and it was very fresh. I ordered the quesa birria. The staff was polite and food was pretty quick. I tried a pupusa as well and it was good.

Wonderful restaurant!! The food was delicious! Closest to TX style Mexican food we have found in NC. Our waitress, Nichole was so sweet and was an excellent server! We will definitely be back!
