I ordered the burrito vallarta and a large passion fruit frozen
margarita.
My opinion is this restaurant makes the best margaritas in Winnebago county,the alcohol is top tier, so you do not taste it and the price is very good for a large compared to other restaurants.

I’m here visiting from China and my dad is here visiting from California, my sister insisted she bring us to this absolutely positively yummy restaurant. It’s the best! Holy smokes, love the employees, love the food, and of course love the Mountain Dew! The staff is very personable and the food is very reasonabley priced. What a great experience!!! Ditch the trek to Milwaukee for authentic flavors and head to Los Rivera’s instead. Date night sans offspring, bill was delightfully cheap for tacos and tostadas… And beer. Even with the kiddos, wait staff and kitchen are ALWAYS willing to accommodate for a 1 and 4yo that never stop eating. Love this local stop.

Went there yesterday for lunch. We sat at a both next to a filthy window and paint chipping off the windowsill. I looked up and there was a ceiling vent above us with LOTS OF DUST hanging down ready to fall in our food. The whole ceiling around it was covered. I did not tell my husband until after we eat to look up. He freaked out. Service was great. The food not so much. Beans were soup, rice no flavor. I got sick that night. I guess if your restaurant is not clean thats a bad sign that the food, per John Taffer, “is going to kill someone”. I always, ALWAYS look up at the ceiling to check for cleanliness at a restaurant.

Visited for dinner with friends and had a great experience. The exterior is unassuming for how much room there was inside. Our waitress was sharp, prompt, and quite friendly. The value for the food we had was definitely about right.
The food we had was a shredded beef burrito and fajita nachos. Both were very flavorful and portions were good. The only drawback we had was the complimentary chips/salsa went too quickly!
Definitely will return.

Best service and very attentive! I am vegan and gluten-free. I was able to eat the fajitas which were delicious. I had enough for lunch the next day. My niece has steak tacos and really liked it.
I think many people would give 5 stars. I do recommend going there. It just didn’t have a big Wow factor. The food was delicious. The Guacamole was bland though. The rice has chicken broth. Ask about foods if you have food intolerances. Our waitress was very knowledgeable.

Loved going here, until I found a tiny roach in my on tap Modelo. Server took it to the kitchen to show everyone. Zero attempts to make it right. Charged full price for the meal. Very dissapointed!
