This was the recommended best place to eat in Coalinga. I was famished, the waitress recommended the carne asada for the meat choice for the Enchiladas. The rice and the beans were extremely tasty, the steak was teeny tiny bits so small and I really didn’t enjoy what ever was covering the outside of the enchiladas. So I ate one of the two. While waiting for my meal a woman came into the restaurant with a bag of apples and a bag of oranges offering them for sale. I didn’t want or need them but I bought the bag of oranges. The people were nice , the food looked great! I’m just very picky about great food, which I find eating out at most places the food quality is not good! I am a good cook and would rather make my own especially now a days. Eating out is a waste of money in my opinion!

Great service made you feel welcome. I ordered deviled shrimp presentation was great beans, rice and the sauce for shrimp all good. Only bad thing was shrimp were a little tough. Other then that experience was good

What a pleasant surprise. Service and food were excellent. My Chile Rellenos and Crispy Taco were perfect. I ordered the Shredded Beef for the Taco. Moist and flavorful. My husband ordered Caldo de Res and a Carne Asada Torta…his version of Soup ‘n Sandwich. All food was served hot. Be sure to try the Chile Verde Bean Dip with hot crispy tortilla chips. The homemade corn tortillas were a real treat. We were staying at Harris Ranch, so this was only a 15 minute drive down the road. Restaurant has plenty of parking and is squeaky clean. Loved it! Masks required to be seated. Stay Safe!

Loved this place, the food and ambiance is great, everything was clean and the staff was super friendly, Yolanda was our server and was very attentive and really nice. The prices were good for the big portions, I ordered the huarache, it was sooo good!! The kids menu has big portions too, my kid had the burrito and it was huge. The nachos were delicious too!! If I ever find myself passing by Coalinga ever again, I’ll be definitely stopping here to eat again.

We had a group of 14, after 300 miles on the road and a small picnic for lunch, they were hungry. Beers were ordered as well as chips and salsa. The guys ordered fajitas, quesadillas, burritos, menudo. We had a nice dinner.

What a great place for Mexican fare. I had probably the best burrito I’ve ever eaten at Dos Reyes. My only regret is not ordering another immediately afterwards.
I had a chicken burrito and my son had a carne asada burrito. We split some chips and salsa, which were very good. (The salsa was just fantastic) I was shocked at the bill , just $31 for the burritos, chips and two sodas. Awesome place. Wish I had it near my town.
