Loved this quaint Peruvian restaurant. The Chef is a graduate from ATC and the extraordinary Culinary program….her food is evident in her cultural roots and techniques learned not only at ATC … Trained as a professional Chef….but while talking with her…she told our table she traveled back to her country of Peru to learn all about the bread making and dough making techniques. Her empanadas we exquisite…the dough so soft and buttery…you could literally cut it with a knife. The meats so well seasoned. The Chef spoke about her passion to cook her cultural dishes from her beloved country..and boy…did it show in the tastes of her dishes we tried. I had a seafood dish..which had yucca so tender…shrimp….Rings of perfectly cooked calamari all on top of a piece of fried fish in a season sauce …I am writing this..and my mouth can taste all the flavors. Our table ordered chicken dishes with rice and beans…the plantains were perfectly fried and sweet ..and I ordered for our table a classic Peruvian potato dish to tease our palates. Nicely done Chef….this is a tiny place tucked away in a plaza….worth discovering. Highly recommend!!!!

The owner & chef, Anita, came out from the kitchen to welcome us. The food is excellenté as usual. When you have a standard of excellence then the customer expects the consistency of excellence. Again, the standard was met with hungry stomachs. Thank you, again, for an afternoon of delight.

I had an amazing experience! The fried pork sandwich was incredible – the pork was perfectly cooked, and the homemade bread made all the difference with its fresh, soft texture. The Peruvian empanadas were equally delicious, with a perfect balance of flaky crust and flavorful filling. Everything tasted authentic and freshly made. I’ll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend.

Amazing food. We had two different dishes (picante de los reyes and lomo saltado) and they were both amazing. Returning to try breakfast. Mom and pop atmosphere but I don’t care as long as they have great food.

First time visiting this family run restaurant. The food is outstanding! Portions are very very generous service is excellent. They make you feel like you’re eating at a friends house. The only downside from this little gem is that the place is very small and people eating there don’t talk they scream, so it’s very loud. But don’t let that stop you from enjoying this place because I would venture to say that it’s probably on the top of my list when it comes to real Peruvian flavor!!
