The absolute worse mexican food I’ve ever had. Chorizo didn’t taste like chorizo, it was pure grease. Supposed to be cheese on it and you couldn’t see it because the grease took over. Chicken was pure rubber. Drive to Havana and eat at Los Charros actually will be fresh food and good service.

Friendly, clean topped with good food. I’ll admit I’m somewhat of a Mexican food snob so I thought I’ll ask my server Hector,friendliest server ever, what would he eat. We’ll I took his suggestions & topped that with strawberry lime Margarita and WOW! Steak fajitas served on a sizzling plate with Tomato, onions & peppers was awesome and the accompanying plate of rice beans and guacamole was icing on the cake! The smells rolling through this place as soon as you enter welcome you to this great food choice!

IT WAS AMAZING! I always love my experience here and the food somehow seems to always get better! I’d like to mention Mason is excellent and provides great service! Definitely enjoy him as a waiter and this is a great place for casual dining, dinner parties, etc.

All tables have chips and salsa but ours what is up with that. My wife’s taco salad make sure if you order that you order another main meal with it because it’s not very big at all very greasy the cheese is melted in the bottom

I was recently informed that I am no longer allowed at the Petersburg establishment because of a disagreement that was had on a Sunday about hours. You see we went to Los at 820 on a Sunday and was informed that they changed their hours and close at 8. They also informed us to check closing time online. We argued that the time listed says 9pm because he had checked the time before we made the drive there. The manager continued to argue with us. We walked to our car and this manager continued to FOLLOW us to our car trying to justify the fact that they’re were closed at 8 on a Sunday. Again the hours listed on their webpage didn’t match up and that’s false advertisement, but we won’t go there in this post. We honestly didn’t care and left without any hard feelings. Fast forwarded to tonight, when we are informed by an employee at ANOTHER MEXICAN restaurant (that’s right, their own staff doesn’t eat at their establishment) that we are banned. I have supported Los for a long time. Heck I even worked there for years, but their service and food has declined. My family would rather drive 20 mins to another Mexican restaurant than eat there and that’s sad given that’s one of the only restaurants open in Petersburg.
