I came to Los Plebes knowing they had mixed reviews with more positive than negative reviews. I ordered a cocktail “Vuelve a la vida” and I asked specifically what was included. I was told “shrimp, octopus, and oysters”. This option differed from the cocktail mix in that comes with oysters. To my surprise, it was well served with shrimp and octopus, but it came with a SINGLE oyster. This is not even close to a truly Mexican cocktail. After talking to the waitress, she apologized and said that there is nothing she could do about it. They also charged me for two tostadas. I did not want to order more food, because I did not know what to expect. Very disappointed and not coming back. Not Mexican for sure.

Update: the parking lot is a lot cleaner, the waitresses are getting used to their job, the managers are doing their best to treat customers satisfied, the seafood is a little on the higher price but that’s sea food for you. My brutality honest review is a 4 Star. A five star is something that’s almost unreachable, if not it wouldn’t be special.

Fresh food, Great prices! This is THE PLACE to come for seafood. We had the octopus a la parilla and shrimp cocktail. Both were amazing! Be sure to ask for Elena; she was our awesome waitress.

Food wasn’t good, took my family to eat and everyone said the same that their food had no taste to it. I ordered the garlic octopus and come on you cant even taste the garlic..also that 20% gratitude fee for 6th person even if that person don’t order food…micheladas are a ripoff seems like they mix it with the draft beer because I couldn’t even taste the beer in it or it maybe water down. Ambient is OK for a person that is there only to drink

Authentic mariscos place in Bryan. The seafood is fresh and service is great. The place is tastefully decorated to keep in line with the Mexican mariscos theme. Zulemm served us and was great. There’s live music on the weekends which we experienced on a previous visit. We order aguachile and fried shrimp platter. The micheladas were good as well.
