You may drive by not giving this place a second glance, but you would be sorry you did! What looks like a food truck parked next to a shack is a gold mine! Hands down the best Mexican restaurant between New Mexico and Colorado combined with over the top customer service! Out of four people in our group and four different, amazing dishes, everyone was raving. You can’t go wrong! Small little outside (dog friendly) patio, you can eat there, or take your order to go, you will be so glad you did!

Delicious lengua tacos, barbacoa tacos, amazing rice, beans, agua de piña and French fries! Great variety, affordable and amazing service (they even gave us samples of their aguas frescas without us asking). Must try food and desserts!
