Customer service is a big thing for me and normally if customer service start off bad things will not get better. We walk in and they only had tables available so we were okay with waiting for a booth. And that didnt take long about 5 mins. When they lead us to the table the host is wiping the table down. She left lots of food from the prior people on the food I asked “can you wipe the table again, there is still food on the table”. The look on her face told me i just irritated her however who wants to eat on a dirty table. We looked at our menus for 15 mins without anyone coming to ask for drinks or apps. I seen a waitress coming down the floor and ask can you wait on our table please. She was like no one came to your table yet? I said no. Then she said ill be right back. Which she came right back and handle our table with no problem. Thank you Vale your great service. We ordered I got the Texcana Fajita. And when I came out I was like where is the sizzle. I get Fajitas the time and my food always come out on the hot skillet sizzling all the way to the table. My husband said is your food hot. When I tell you the skillet the food came out was just warm. The green peppers and onions were almost raw. The chicken, steak and shrimp lacked seasoning. And most of the food was left behind. I must say first and last time trying this place.

The restaurant is false advertising and the manager Admitted this is what’s going on. The sign in front of the restaurant says 10% off a $12 minimum for lunch. I spent $14.98 before tax and was not offered the 10% discount. No alcohol was included on my tab as usually that is an exclusion. I asked the server why and they said it’s because I didn’t spend $12 on a lunch item. There is not one item on their designated lunch menu that is $12 before tax. I ordered a lunch item and an appetizer. Then the server asked the manager and proceeded to bring me back a check with 10% off of one of the items that were on my ticket Shorting me the 10% on the other item. I asked the manager what the issue was and she could not explain it to me. I explained to her that there’s not a lunch item that is $12 before tax on her menu and she had no rebuttal. I asked her to explain the sign out front and her admission was that she puts the sign out there to entice customers to come in for lunch. A.k.a. false advertising. It’s very clear to see by the photos attached that this is a clear cut situation in which a business is lying straight to your face. as an aside, the food was extremely bland and the cheese dip was not warmed up enough to even melt all the chunks. I made no big deal about that, but certainly made sure the manager was aware that I would be reporting the false advertising issue. She was very nonchalant and did not care And said that I was the only one that had asked for them to honor the sign out front so she didn’t think it was a big deal.

Our first time in this Mexican restaurant. Nice surprise by the food quality the atmosphere and service offered. Would go back when in the mood for Mexican food. Beer was cold. Chmichangas good and tacos, kind of street tacos, were really good.

I sat at the bar for a quick meal and and couple of drinks. Everything was outstanding. The bartender took great care in mixing complex margaritas and mine was superb, especially following a cold Dos Equis draft. I chose a simple combination with two ground beef burritos, and was exactly what I was craving.

This place is not the best. Our server was pretty nice and got our drinks out pretty quick. However, our first set of chips were cold. I ordered a chicken salad, why was it quarter way full of dark brown liquid? The chicken was very plain and boiled. No seasoning at all. One of my kids got chimichangas, and the plate was completely filled with runny cheese. My other kid got a taco from the kids meal. It was also full of cheese. She couldn’t even eat it because of it. Not only that, but once she picked up her taco, a bunch of light tan liquid came pouring out of it. Not the worst experience, but most definitely not the best. Probably would not recommend but who am I to tell.

Not a lot to complain about here. The atmosphere is what you would think from a Mexican restaurant is very clean and I have a well-appointed bar. They have many TVs to watch sports from. Service was fantastic almost too good. Chips and salsa as you would expect are pretty decent no issues with the quality of the food or dish. Good location easy to get to and rarely await. Pricing as you would expect in today’s day and age is a little bit higher than you’re used to for Mexican food but it just is what it is.

Above avg chain American Mexican restaurant. Gigantic menu like many others but the carnitas dish was not bad. The fresh guac was good too. We went the day after Thanksgiving and it was packed at 7pm with mostly gringos (west end I guess).

Hands down the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever frequented and I’ve been to them across the country and internationally. Service was great, atmosphere clean and food was delicious! I always have to add salt to my food when I go to a Mexican restaurant but not this one. Everything is seasoned perfectly! Family enjoyed it! Will definitely be back!
