We had the chicken happy burrito and bottomless chips and salsa. The burrito was amazing, the perfect balance of everything in the burrito, and the chicken was tender and juicy. The chips were good and the salsa was homemade and delicious. Didn’t get the servers name but he was friendly and did a very good job. We will stop here again on our way through town

Ordered combo plates for pickup and both plates were incorrect. Instead of (2 orders) of chicken enchilada with pork tamal, I received a cheese tamal and my husband got two tamales. The other parts of the order were correct, so I don’t know if we got someone else’s order or just whatever the kitchen decided to make. I miss the original hole in the wall location when food and service was always top notch.

From the hostess to the serving team, these employees are well trained in customer service! We had a wonderful dining experience. Great selection of both drinks and entrees. Got a Carne asada plate with the rices and beans, VERY MID usually the carne asada is seasoned and grill, tasteless and it looks the meat was just cooked quickly NO SEASONING TERRIBLE!

Love coming here! The food is always so great. Sometimes the service is not. Asked for chips and salsa and didn’t receive them. Had to ask again once our waiter finally came to us 10 minutes later.

If you want excellent Mexican food with great service, then don’t miss Los Panchos. This store has a good selection for vegetarians along with all of the other staples such as burritos, enchiladas and chimichangas. There are multiple salsas available and their bean dip is amazing – though not vegetarian.
I’m always amazed at how big the servings are and how good the service is here. There are a lot of places to get Mexican food and I cannot think of anywhere I like better.

The customer service was friendly, warm, and helpful. The food on the other hand was a disappointment. I have never had a burrito so bland and in need of real flavor. The meat was lean and cooked to perfection however, it lacked flavor. The Pico de Gallo should be renamed to chunks of tomatoes and onions, again absolutely no flavor. I would have been better off going to Taco Bell for lunch. The Horchata was recommended by staff and thankfully they allowed me to sample it prior to making the mistake of purchasing it. Yeah, no flavor there as well. The green salsa seemed to be missing several ingredientes, one notable were the chilies. Anyone reads this and knows of a good quality Mexican restaurant near San Ramon or Danville, please share.

Los Panchos was an average restaurant. We were seated quickly and the server came soon after to take our orders and food arrived a few minutes later. The servings were too big and half a burrito was extremely filling. The food was nothing special, but the ambience was okay. The banners were nice and the place was very loud and crowded. Overall, an okay restaurant.
