I think overall the food was good, they have good chips and salsa. However, the waitress was awful never show up. Finally, when they give me the bill they included the tip which is illegal. Tips are in based on service quality

Great food and atmosphere but beware if ordering takeout! as you’ll notice a difference in portion size being significantly smaller compared to dining in servings. Overall not a bad place to eat/drink.

Drinks were good, food was edible but not great I ordered fish tacos and would not order again I have also had the enchiladas the food has decent flavor but not restaurant quality flavor. Service was ok and overall atmosphere was nice.

We started going to Panchos many years ago when it opened. The food used to be amazing. I would guess we have eaten or ordered take out 15 to 20x. We came back today after maybe a year of not coming. We could not believe the difference. I have no other word than disgusting to describe the food. We had the Combination platter and the Chimichanga. Absolutely tasteless. I asked for lettuce, tomato and sour cream when I ordered. It never came out, even after reminding our server. The Pico was tasteless and the salsa was not edible it was so hot and I like hot. Our waitress did not come to table to ask if we needed anything. She spent most of her time chatting up men at the bar. My sisters taco was so dry with 1 string of lettuce and one small slice of unripe tomato. Her enchilada was made with the mini corn tortilla, you could hardly make out what it was. The meat in the burrito was so dry and hard it looked like dog food. We will not be back and I’m sure there are new owners. I read the reviews and I noticed that the manager responds to positive reviews and not the negative of which there are many. So disappointed. I asked our waitress to speak to the manager, she went back to the bar and spoke to the men eating there, pointed at our table then they laughed. Never again.

The tacos were cold and the steak was old and dry. That was the first time I had been there. Me and my family were very disappointed with the staff and the food. We will never go back to this location again. This location was in Aurora IL. We were hungry and had a appetite for Mexican food. They get a 0 in our opinion. Not happy about the service that they gave us.

The al pastor tacos were terrific, and I enjoyed the frozen house margarita. My wife and mother-in-law love the pozole and said it’s the best around. Make sure and show up early because when it is out, that’s it for a day.
