They have good salsa and the queso wasn’t too bad. My chicken enchiladas were a little dry. I will be back to give something else another try. I did have a beef crunchy taco that was pretty amazing. I’ll definitely be back for more of those.

This is my favorite place to eat Mexican food in Brazoria County. The food is consistently delicious, the staff is friendly and the food is extremely affordable. The lunch menu is 7 days a week from 11 to 4 with prices between $5.50 and $6.50 a plate and has a great selection of items to choose from. If you haven’t tried this place yet you absolutely should!

Staff was rude, waitress was not pleasant. We were passed over to be waited on. Items I used to get they no longer have available. The food was borderline. I really used to enjoy coming here. Now I’d rather stay home. I’ve been a waitress so I know what it takes and the struggles but I don’t treat people the way my mother and I were treated.

Today was our waitresses first day and she did excellent. Our fajitas were tender and flavorful, the stuffed fried avocados were delicious as well. Their red sauce could have been a bit thicker but had a good taste. The green sauce tasted like it came from a can and so did their beans and guacamole. Those 3 items were not edible. The shrimp were so tiny they were really pointless and a real shame when your 20 min away from the gulf. Everything else was great. We probably won’t go back, because there are much better aptions for Mexican and Tex Mex around this area, but we did not have a bad experience here it was a lovely time.

When having an argument with the wife, storming out of the house and coming here for a Dirty Donkey plate makes everything better… Still great meals and great service at a good price, their lunch specials can’t be beat, especially their taco lunch plate with crispy taco shells, check out their dirty donkey plate too, and wife likes their taco salad with barracho beans, and chimichangas…

My first visit last week. The ppl are friendly & smiling. The wait staff are great. They dont disappear on you. Nice big place and not real loud. The food is good. The prices are unbelievable!! Right out of the 70’s!! Lol! Tacos al carbon w/ rice & beans & queso for less than $5!! Bean n cheese nachos are great! Come try it.
