Called ahead to see if we could reserve a table for a birthday party of 7 with no luck as it’s first come first serve on the weekends. Made it in around 5:30pm with plenty of tables open and were seated quickly by a very friendly and welcoming young ladies at the front desk. We were seated quickly, but the tables were a little on the small side and seats were cramped together for us bigger folks, but well distanced between other tables and patrons. Tables started to fill up quickly after 6pm. Wide selection of meals, sides and drinks for everyone. The young lady brought out our drinks and some waters and was very accommodating to my wife’s food allergies. The first 3 plates arrived nice and hot and she said the rest was being brought out, but we actually had to wait another 15-20 minutes for her to realize the other 4 plates had not been brought out and they were a little on the cold side when we did get them. Margaritas were nice and tasty, food portions were as expected, and for the most part the meals were okay. Beans and rice were a tad bland, the quail Mexican style was very overwhelming and so overdone with sauce I couldn’t taste the meat at all which was disappointing and they ended up putting tomatoes in my wife’s burrito even though she’s allergic so she wasn’t able to continue eating it and had to give herself a shot just to be safe. All in all not the best, but atmosphere was nice, staff was friendly, and food was okay, but we most likely won’t be back.

My first time here and it was an amazing experience. I’ve notice this place as I drive on 287 sometimes and had been wanting to try it. Had lunch on a Friday and ordered the lunch special beef fajitas and it was delicious. The sides were great tasting, the salsa was ok. What sets this place apart besides the generous portions and good flavor was the cost. I’ve seen beef fajitas twice the cost as this place at other restaurants. And the service was fantastic.

Food is great. With good portions. The only issue sometimes when taking out its hard to get someone attention if busy. The service dining inn was great. The margaritas are strong and good.

Well let’s just startwith the obvious this place is not AUTHENTIC Mexican. Another reviewer seemed annoyed by that. Maybe I’m a bit more intuitive about these things but I knew immediately by looking at the signage and building this place wouldn’t be authentic and that’s what drew me here. I wanted tex mex enchiladas.

First time here. Food was great! Had the Chicken Mole with rice and beans and 4 tortillas. The wife had Chicken Flautas with rice and beans and the daughter had cheese enchiladas on cheese sauce with rice and beans. The red hot sauce is very watery. But the dark sauce had a good kick. It’s an acquired taste tho. Don’t get carried away with a big scoop…

I asked to make it with love, they did exactly that and that made sure they were paying attention to the orders. The food itself was definitely delicious and well portioned, made me eat till I couldn’t any more. 1st Mexican restaurant I have had since moving to Texas, all the others are Texmex, which I do not prefer. I will be ordering more!

Seems like a busy spot in Mansfield. I had to try TexMex because I’m used to TJ / San Diego Mexican food.

This was our first time coming here. It was Friday night, about 7ish. There was a 30-45 minute wait for 4 in a booth. From the outside it looks like it’s an uppity kind of place (sorta), but on the inside it is such a laid back environment.

Dinner was fantastic. Better than the others in Arlin gton. Flavor and serving size had me extremely pleased. I was able to share. No cheese and sour cream was included with my food. But the restaurant had it at a minimal cost for my quail shrimp and beef fajitas!!! Was with a large group and they had an area to accommodate us.
