I usually come here to buy the whole Pollo Adobado chicken, which was typically around $14. Today (3/4/26), I was charged $20 per chicken, which is a steep increase. Unfortunately, this has made me reconsider buying here, and I cannot recommend this place at this time.

Great food at the costa mesa north gate market. Ordered the ribeye burrito, and gotta say, its worth the $20 that it cost me. Just make sure you ask for the hot salsa to add that lil kick! YUMMMY!!

This used to be our go to place to get a really good rib eye steak and elote. Somehow the menu changed since Summer and there’s no more Elote, the street corn is still delicious but the Rib Eye Steaks are so thin they’re mainly overcooked. Bummer. As we TRULY loved to come here a lot.
