Cashier didn’t even say hi as we walked in, server very rude. Took our order, brought us our order but never brought us any salsa, didn’t come back to ask if we needed anything else. I didn’t even bother asking for anything else. Cashier and servers were arguing in the back. Took a while to come charge us for our order. I only ordered the 2.2.2, a papa’s a la Mexicana taco and 2 orange juices it came out to $17.02 they charged me for a plate when I only ordered the taco. Never again will I go there.

If you order anything. Be careful to not add extra or change the plate in anyways. It’s $1.00 or more per item you change or add. Don’t take or ask for a plate to put your left over food in to go bc he will charge you 1.00 to 1.50. If you question the male owner he will snatch the receipt off your hands. Worst place to eat in. Also no refill on coffee not even a top off. Food isn’t good either. Over hard eggs are mushy in the middle. Scrambled eggs are watery.

Mingo’s is the equivalent to eating at your tia’s house except it’s tio doing the cooking. This is definitely not a fast food restaurant. So bring your appetite and make sure you have enough time to wait for your meal to be prepared while you wait. You won’t be disappointed!

The owners are very disrespectful we made a deal on a backdrop. And his wife broke it and they will not pay for it. As I was there I noticed that customers were asking for food and the wife would roll her eyes behind their backs. Never again will I go there.
