Customer service is lacking severely. The special was advertised at $12.99 and we were charged $13.99. After we complained they fixed it by correcting the sign and still charging us $13.99 each. They admitted it was their mistake but made the customer pay for it. I will not be stopping by again for that reason. Their mistake was only $2 but it costs them their $15 tip, any future visits, and as a bonus I’m updating my review. They are crooks and they know it and I would not recommend you going in there. Even if they make you the wrong thing they will still charge you for that plate that they messed up on and say it’s your fault . I’m done with that place.

Definitely recommend this spot. Food was solid, and the staff was on point when I visited. I’m not from here and was looking for any resturant options available local. It was a vibrant active atmosphere after 7pm here. Reminded me of an old school (late 90s) pizza bar feel. Very welcoming, helpful staff, solid food. Bring the kids, or stop by for a beer.

I have ate here many times and every time there is a problem. I either get the wrong order, the order never gets relayed to the kitchen, or my order is just simply burnt. I’ve had enough of the problems here and I now wait every other weekend and I buy from this lovely couple that serves the best Mexican food in the world. They are located at the anderson food court, every other weekend as I said, their stand is called Fajita Junction.

Ate here while visiting family, while we had a large group it was not unreasonable and none of the orders were overly complex. Three of us asked multiple times for flour tortillas for fajitas, they took forever to get simple line items out and we almost never saw the waitress. I didn’t wind up eating till I got back to the hotel and the only saving grace was that it had decent flavor and authentic homemade quality.

Good service with plenty of seating, and small town atmosphere. Food was good, with smaller portions. Chips and salsa were great. They have appetizing dinner specials, and pricing is reasonable. It’s a good dinner spot for Anderson locals (not much else to choose from) or others visiting the town. Small town vibe. Good menu selection. Ask for their more famous “Volcan bowl” if you want something different than the more typical menu items.

Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The water tasted like it came from the toilet and the fountain soda tasted moldy. The “salsa” was practically tomato sauce with an onion in it. My party of 2 didn’t get our food for 40 minutes, even then, the food was unflavored and unfulfilling. I don’t mean to be harsh, but this place was less than satisfactory and needs an extreme upgrade.

When we arrived they were extremely busy, and that seems to be the case most days! But the service was good , the prices were reasonable and the food was good as well.

The food was amazing, made fresh, and actually authentic. Affordable, about the same price I’d have paid if I went to eat fast food! Extensive menu, with sides, appetizers, and desserts. But as for anything else? All I gotta say is Super Burrito! My fiancee had the Giant Enchilada. God I’m so full I’m about to fall asleep… Nuff said…

Charged 3.50 for small 2.5oz guacamole, skimmed guacamole on my fajitas and forgot the tortillas. Total 17 and change. You determine if it was worth it. Oh and NO utensils. No tortillas OR utensils. Update- the guacamole and salsa are extremely bland. Absolutely no spice. Doesn’t taste “bad” but they literally are like the oatmeal of the meal. Bland with barely any flavor and older tortilla chips, you can tell they’ve been sitting around at least today if not yesterday… in NO way is any of this authentic. It’s not disgusting but SUPER Americanized. Seriously no spice or flavor.. I’m so so disappointed.

For a local Mexican meal, this one NAILS IT! We stopped for lunch and left so painfully-full that we didn’t eat again that day! Quiet and easy, the perfect lunch pit-stop spot! I’m coming back for dinner. She had the Vulcan Bowl, and it was On Point! Good job, amigos!
