Absolutely amazing experience! The service was excellent from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was incredible, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish was prepared perfectly. You can really tell they care about both the food and the customer experience. As a safety professional, I travel job sites from San Diego to Crescent City, constantly on the road and always searching for great local food—especially seafood. I’ve eaten at some of the best seafood spots up and down the California coast, but I have never had a shrimp taco like the one at Los Mandilones in Reno–Sparks, NV.
Their shrimp taco is truly next level—perfectly seasoned shrimp, fresh ingredients, and unmatched flavor. All of their food is excellent, but for me, the shrimp tacos are by far the best I’ve ever had anywhere.
If you’re in the Reno–Sparks area, do yourself a favor and stop at Los Mandilones. You’ll leave impressed, satisfied, and already planning your return.
