I found this taco spot on Instagram and was excited to try it. I called to ask if they had al pastor tacos. There was clearly a language barrier, which is fine. I was being patient and simply asking if they had them. The employee said she understood al pastor, but instead of saying they did not have it, she suddenly hung up on me.
When I called back to clarify, I was immediately told no this time, which makes me question why that was not communicated the first time. The call felt dismissive and unprofessional. I also heard what sounded like an insult right before the first call disconnected.
Customer service matters just as much as the food. If you do not carry something, just say that. Hanging up on customers is not okay.

The presentation of the food place was clean and colorful; the immediate customer service was exceptional very respectful,kind, and generous by allowing me to taste the carne azada steak (before buying a burrito). The supreme carne azada burrito was absolutely AMAZING!!! The size was more than average, the rice was on point not too dry or soggy, the cheese was melted to perfection, the beans were delicious and made the perfect combo with the steak seasoned and cooked to its prime. The meal also included cucumber, purple onion cooked in lemon juice , and jalapeños. I am a FAN and will be a Loyal customer.

I ordered chicken tacos with no cilantro. I received chicken tacos with uncooked onions, and no salsa. The chicken was over cooked, dry, crunchy in spots and looked old. The tortillas were not cooked at all either. There wasn’t space to sit while waiting, or extra shade to stand in. They do not have prices listed on the truck itself, or on the handout menu. They also charged almost $2 more than they said the price was. Genuinely a disappointing experience.

They hide the prices on purpose. 3 birria tacos with consume and 3 regular tacos for $23, really ridiculous considering the quality. Everything was oily even for birria with not much flavor, the 3 regular tacos we got were chicken and the chicken was so hard it crunched. On top of that the tortillas weren’t cooked very much and the onions were completely uncooked. Would not recommend going here, go to Grubhub or Jessica’s tacos down the street.
