The wife and I are newer, big fans. It’s become our new Friday night dinner place. The food is very good, and the service is fantastic. Like any restaurant, some dishes are better than others, but we really like the Pollo Veracruz. It’s a little pricey, but big enough to share; we don’t :).
The Margaritas are good to. And they serve a really good Tres Leches cake, and that’s saying something, because most places suck at it. Highly recommended.
Update: 10/24/25 – We’ve come to realize that the price is proportionate to the food sizes. These dishes can easily be split between two people. But we don’t. . We have tried various dishes. All of them great. I’ve added some pics. One is my wife’s “cup” of soup. Biggest cup I’ve ever seen

First time eating here, and overall it was a good experience. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, but the food was decent. I ordered the beef fajitas with mixed shells—the red and green sauces were just okay at first, but after adding a bit of salt and pepper, the flavors came through much better. Our server, Michelle, was fantastic—very attentive and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. One highlight was the all-day happy hour on lime margaritas. I would return in the future.

This is a very good local place that I highly recommend you try. The food is very good and it’s a nice atmosphere.

I had the El Jarrito dinner and really enjoyed it…I don’t recall what my wife ordered but I can tell you we had plenty of food!
I want to mention that when my wife’s food came out there was an issue, but they resolved it without question and in record time! Look, mistakes happen but this place really knows how to deal with it.
The manager is pleasant and full of energy and made sure to check on the customers.
I’ll be back so what are you waiting for?

I visited Los Jarritos for the first time on a Thursday night. It is a great little traditional Tex-Mex restaurant. The cheese enchiladas, with rice and refried beans were so delicious. The frozen margaritas were on point. I will definitely be coming back!

1st time here. My chile relleno was ok. The enchiladas were ok. If you like taste of soy sauce you will love these fajitas. I do not like that flavor.
The margaritas on the other hand were pretty good and would return for them. The food, not so much.

omg…..best spinach enchiladas I have ever had!! I had driven by here everyday to and from work and then mentioned it to my son as a place I always noticed was packed so it must be pretty good. I wasn’t able to go when he finally went, but he ordered the enchiladas for me and brought them home. I had all rice with them (rice was very good as well!) as I’m not a huge fan of beans. The food was still hot and excellent! This restaurant is now on rotation in this house!
