Perfect little bar in the middle of nowhere!
I am so glad this place was right across the field from my Airbnb! After 3 days of a canoe camping trip on the Mississippi, my family and I didn’t feel like going anywhere too far away so this was a much welcomed alternative.
We had a bunch of appetizers, lots of drinks and played a bunch of pool. The staff was super friendly and attentive and didn’t mind us being a little loud and energetic.
The atmosphere was great, inviting and fun and the locals were super nice and friendly as well. Everyone was approachable and didn’t mind a bunch of Virginians talking to them.
A perfect way to end our Solar Eclipse Trip on the Mississippi River!

Went for dinner and was a great experience. Staff super nice. Food was great had appetizers of Angus steak bites and hot pepper cheese bites. Very good. A spicy ranch or bloom sauce would be a great addition to those appetizers. Had the bison burgers and was extremely good. Dessert was a lemon cake and had to have a second piece to bring home.

Absolutely one of the greatest dining experiences! Great bison burger, fried okra and pepper jack cheese bites! Oh to for Angus beef bites just needed a hot bbq sauce but so good! We found our new favorite place. Beats pilot house, trust me!

Bison burger was dry overcooked and looked smaller than expected. Kids meals were good kids ate fast . Loaded tator tots were pretty good. Regular burger was good. Would expect more for the prices

The staff here were very friendly. The food was superb. The burgers are handpattied and juicy. The best part about this place is that it’s out where I live. It’s a quaint little bar and grill complete with pool table, darts, and jukebox (one of those new ones in the wall). I was surprised at the interior being so modern. I love it.

They have great fish baskets on Fridays with a choice of 2 sides and 2 hushpuppies. Just ate there tonight, 1/12/24.

I didn’t try the food here, nor did I stay long enough for a drink, but it was a convenient place to stop for a 12 pack. I was camping at Trail of Tears park and didn’t want to have to drive into Cape Girardeau or Jackson every time I needed to restock my supply.
The staff was very friendly, and next time I’m in the area, I plan to try one of their 1/2 pound burgers.
