Food was pretty good.. had a cheese quesadilla which is pretty hard to screw up and flautas aka rolled tacos or taquitos made w chicken. They were good but I didn’t like that they came smothered in guac sour cream and tomatoes.. also had a chiro which would’ve been bomb if it weren’t so stale and hard. The hot sauce both red and green were good I preferred the green fa sho.
The location is an odd one it’s inside a liquor store.. advantage being they accept EBT but disadvantage is only a couple tables. The lady working was ok but not very accommodating I asked about prices if items were ala carte bc I didn’t want a whole meal and they don’t offer any main fish item on its own. She also tried to charge when I asked for 2 more sauces to go with my meal .. I had already received 2 with chips but that was long gone.
Everything was okay, not spectacular or horrible. I’d come again bc the EBT thing is pretty nice.

I’ve lived in San Francisco for many years, being Mexican I try to find unique spots like this one. Don’t let the location fool you.
This place is very legit where you can find real flavor in food that you can taste.
Pozole is off the hook, besides being a very large portion. It is served with garnishes and vegetables. On top of that, you can get complimentary salsas, chips and chiles toreados.
Personnel were friendly to me, they provided good service and they open until later in the evening.
I truly recommend this place, plus is affordable for being in the city.

Nice lil gem, very low key. Their food is good. This is a veggie burrito, wrapped in a spinach tortilla. The burrito’s are big here and they have different flavors of tortillas. It’s also located inside a store, just in case you would like to enjoy a beer or canned margarita with your meal.

I asked the woman nicely as I could, so she treated me very well too. Huge burrito that makes you full for least 6hrs.
