Went after church this past Sunday & ordered the cup tortilla soup, cup portion was great for a toddler.
The bowl comes with a side of red Mexican rice. The soup had shredded chicken zucchini, squash, avocado, cheese and tortilla strips. My daughter and I had 2 cup soups and it was honestly filling.
The margaritas were huge and delicious. Chips were fresh, salsa wasn’t spicy, but still good. Service was great & quick we had Brenda she was sweet & attentive.
The restaurant was busy, but very clean and family friendly.
It’s primarily all Tex-Mex food with few selected authentic Mexican dishes. For a Tex-Mex craving this would be a good option.
Food was great, restaurant has a great atmosphere & the prices are good.

First time here. Wife buys coupon books and we gad a bogo for a dinner entre so decided to try. Food was very average, tex mex, chain restaurant based in east texas. Had the chicken enchiladas with salsa verde. Wife had beef fajitas. My green sauce had minimal wow factor, rice and b beans were common tasting. According to her, the fajitas were good not great. Prices were good and our waitress, Melinda, was great. Feel sorry for chandler since they now have only one choice for mexican food. We miss los dos portfolios, where vals is now but oh well. Would go back but overall, with the exception of our waitress, not memorable.

The service was excellent. I had chicken cheese enchiladas with salsa verde at the recommendation of or waitress, Brenda. It did not disappoint. My husband had the street tacos also very good. The service was excellent and we will definitely be back.

my fiance and i decided to grab a bite to eat while being in chandler. we got seated right away by the host, once he walked away it took over 10 minutes and six different workers that looked right at me several times in there to have a waitress come up to our table to finally say hello and grab our drink order. we were hungry and ready to order our food too. food felt like it took maybe 10 minutes to come out of the kitchen, which would have been great if it actually tasted like anything. my fiance got a build your own burrito, and it was a greasy mess. i ordered the taco dinner and it tasted like absolutely nothing, down to the lettuce no flavor. i decided to let the waitress know and once she grabbed her manager which all he could do for us is take off half the bill. MIND YOU, he ate maybe half of that burrito and i took one bite of one of the tacos. the fact that we still had to pay for that crap is a bit insane and despicable. definitely not a place we will be going back too. ended up grabbing sonic right next door, sad the fact that he still paid less at sonic and it was better then los hermanos. save your money and time.

My son and I went for dinner here on Friday, December 6, 2024 to pre-celebrate my birthday, which was the next day. It was packed that evening when we arrived for dinner sometime after 6:30pm, I cannot remember exactly when we arrived. Despite being packed, we were still seated very quickly at a large round table, which was perfect since i was going to order a lot of food. I ordered several appetizers and main entrées, to do a “variety tasting” of their menu items since it was our 1st time to ever eat here and I had read mixed reviews about this particular Los Hermanos location online. Everything we ordered tasted delicious, but nothing came out of the kitchen “hot.” It all came out room temp or just warm, I imagine because we ordered so much food that they were trying to save trips to our table and send out everything at the same time, so items were sitting waiting for other items to be prepared. The one girl on duty who was tasked with bringing our trays of food from the kitchen to our table delivered our food to the wrong tables BOTH times and I had to raise my voice over the den of other customers for her to hear me flagging her down and waving her over to our table. Although it was very busy, my son and I could still maintain conversation without raising our voices to be heard to each other and it wasn’t deafening loud in there. It was very nice, with no loud music or loud tv’s to interfere with conversation. The entire staff were very polite and professional but not necessarily “friendly.” The service was good, taking in the fact that they were packed to the hilt and had so many other customers to also serve that evening. We did enjoy the taste of the food, everything was seasoned very well and we both had a wonderful taste experience with everything we ate. The outside and inside of the establishment were clean, I did not go to the ladies room so I have no idea if it was clean as well or not. To sum it up, I had a very lovely evening there with my son, I thoroughly enjoyed every dish I tasted, and will definitely consider going back for more, this next time perhaps for an early lunch to see if it is as busy then as it is for dinner.

The waitress Melinda is the best we’ve had here. She helped us when the bartender didn’t want to. I will ask for her every time I come here now. The drinks and salsa stayed full and she was very friendly. Wish all outings could be like this.

Had chicken fajitas tonight, 1/10/2011; a. Large party took all the cooks so mine was delayed a bit. I was still in an out in 45 minutes. I was disappointed in the fajitas. Several pieces were over done, and had a chewy texture of not cooked enough, even though they were cooked. POnions were way way overcooked and rhe couple pieces of bell pepper were also way overcooked. Charro beans really good. Guacamole was average. Definately will nit order the fajitas again. It may have been an off night because they were so busy, bit I am not willing to spend $20 on a chicken breast when it is overcooked. And with the onions and pepper being overcooked as well, it just isn’t worth it. I wish I had ordered the chicken.flautas as I originally intended. My server was excellent and the manager was around everywhere, which was nice to see and appreciate her helping anyone who needed help (customers and servers).

We enjoyed this restaurant not only for the food, but the service as well. Friendly, efficient and just plain on the ball. Food is excellent and plenty of it. Haven’t tried everything on the menu yet, but we keep going back!

So glad to have a new option in Chandler that is great! Service by Avery was excellent. We always had hot chips and she was always one step ahead of anything we needed. Fajitas, frog dip, tortilla soup all highly recommend. The beer Rita was a winner and I will order next time I go. An overall great experience and worth a stop.

Went in and ordered food for three people. Ala carte two tacos no tomatoes and a bowl of queso with beef. The people that work there are beautiful souls and the service was great but I had got my food and left. Made it back to Tyler only to notice my queso was missing so I had to drive back told them that I was missing my queso. Waited ten minutes had three people ask me if I was still waiting for it. When I get it it was their cup size not bowl size and had no meat in it. I wasn’t turning around again or going to complain but I lost six bucks because I got a small queso with no meat versus the large queso with meat. Then my husbands tacos were supposed to be crispy with meat cheese and lettuce only. No tomatoes!!!! They did not get it right. The food I have eaten though so far is good. I just wish my order was right and I didnt lose money but the service was phenomenal so I will try this place again
