The chips and salsa were awesome. Like super fresh chips. The salsa was so flavorful. The rice and beans were fresh and perfect. The fish taco had nice toppings. The fish was meh. The carne asada was tasty and not too fatty. The Green salsa was my favorite. The carne fries were pretty good with tasty guacamole. Just didn’t care for the type of fries they used. Just a basic little building with nice kids working. I’m sorry to break the five star, I just can’t honestly give a five, but a solid four stars and maybe if we choose something different next time I’ll change it. The fries were just a little too basic and soggy for a five star. But I would try it again for sure and it’s better than many in Washington and Idaho.

After Costco, decided to try a new place. I was so happy I did. From the chips and salsa to my enchiladas, it tasted so good! It was real home cooking. Not many places have micheladas, so I ordered one and was not disappointed. I do like them a little more spicy, but tapatio was easy to add. Best thing was the mulitas had the cheese toasted on the outside and they offer three different salsas! Yum!!

We come here regularly, and it is absolutely phenomenal every time.
This is our go to place when we want to eat out. The prices are good for the quantity and quality, the staff is kind, and the food comes out quickly, especially if you just wanna grab some street tacos. The flavors of the meats are what will keep us coming back every time, though. The birria, al pastor, chicken tinga, and adobada are our favorites, and I can’t pretend that I’m not addicted to their Chile Verde plate.
If you haven’t tried this food, you are missing out.

Went with a group of eight. We arrived when it was quiet, but our large table immediately made them busy.
I ordered a wet burrito, with all the goodies, which was really good.
The presentation was stunning, a 5 out of 5, though I personally prefer amazing flavor over flashy plating.
But the service was absolutely awful – 0 out of 5 stars. Everyone at the table was frustrated. Our water never got refilled, chips never came, and it took 45 minutes to get our food. Then, at checkout, the waiter kept pushing for a tip, which was completely unnecessary.
I would have walked out if I didn’t have the group with me. So, good food, but absolutely horrendous service – definitely not returning.

Los Habaneros is a must-try spot for authentic Mexican food! Every time I’m out shopping in north Spokane, I make it a point to stop in for their tacos — they never disappoint. The flavors are fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere has that classic, authentic feel. The staff are warm, friendly, and always make you feel welcome. My husband swears by their Carnitas burrito, and I have to agree — it’s fantastic. Their salsas are amazing! The green salsa is mild, the red salsa is super spicy but absolutely worth it, and the avocado-style salsa is smooth creamy and flavorful. Each one brings something special to the meal. If you’re looking for a solid taco spot in North Spokane, this is it!

We visited Los Habaneros for dinner for the first time and were greeted so warmly. All I can say is WOW to the chips and salsa, and the other authentic dishes we tried. There is a fresh masa quesadilla that was unlike anything we’ve seen before and it was wonderful. We will definitely return.

Had lunch there today. Food was great and service was even better. Huge selection of options on the menu and one of the few places in town that has my favorite – elote/esqites. Definitely recommend.

Super clean, fast friendly service, delicious food! My husband and I dined in at the restaurant, and decided to try a little of this and a bit of that. We were pleased! We can safely say, the Alpastor street tacos, the fish taco, green chicken tamal, carnitas street tacos, ado adobada street taco, chorizo loaded tacos and Taco Alambre were all a great option! The chips and salsa were fresh and tasty, as were the 3 sauces brought to our table. Overall, another great restaurant to add to the list, and several gluten friendly options!
