Terrible food and service. The food did not have any flavor at all, I did not even finish my asada tacos. Their customer service is terrible, I was waiting for my order by their ordering window not sure of how they serve the food, and someone started yelling my order and asked me “why do you have me yelling”, i was taken aback and just replied that they had barely started yelling my order. Then I had to go wait for my Horchata. Just terrible food and service, I only went there because it was one of the few places open on Christmas day. Never again. 0 stars.

I’ve ordered food from this location twice. I had a very bad experience my first go-around, and an even worse time today. Upon my first order, I bought two orders of red enchiladas, beans, and rice. The enchiladas were completely frozen, and I’m unsure how that’s possible. I’m unsure how this place prepares their food, but both servings of enchiladas were solid and cold in the center. While I’m certain that this would deter most customers, I’m always willing to give anything a second try. Today, about an hour ago, I ordered two quesadillas — I payed $10 extra dollars for extra cheese and meat. When I received this order, I only received ONE quesadilla with NO meat. I called about this issue, of which the man on the other end of the line told me to wait a moment, laughed, and hung up. I’m very confused how a restaurant with a known reputation of poor service is still standing. I’m very displeased and am still trying to figure out a resolution. I do not recommend going to this location, nor supporting this business.

This experience was disappointing, and the server who brought out the food was rude. The food was overly salty, portions were small, and we paid about $50 for two people. Nearby chains like Jimmy John’s or Panda Express would have been a better experience. I would not recommend coming here.

I ordered chips and guacamole and I got these soggy chips with a diluted avocado sauce. Very, very disappointing. I also ordered the combo plate with one cheese enchilada and one bean tostada. It looks like a bite was taken out of my soggy tostada. It was delivered like this over top of the enchilada.
The beans and the rice were pretty tasty though. And service was fast.

For $10, these rolled tacos were nothing short of disappointing. They’re small and there is practically no cheese on it, very unsatisfied and will not be returning. I’m also sad because I’m a broke college kid and was looking forward to eating my rolled tacos

Service is awful!!!! When we tried to let them know my daughter’s kids plate had onions. They weren’t helpful in getting a new plate for a toddler without the spicy guacamole and onions. Not friendly at all and very bad service!
