Purchased the 2 sopes dinner with rice and beans. I received a platter overfilled with lettuce. Us Mexicans don’t do this, this might work in the east valley but this is unacceptable. Putting a bad name to the Mexican culture . The counter lady treated me, I said high, then ignored me for a solid 10 seconds as she read a receipt. Not a biggy but do better.

The food is good, and the portions are decent. Somehow, it’s overpriced. The salsas are ok. The location was safe even though it was late.
The tables were sticky and with food residues, so I went to ask to get it clean.
The lack of stars if because the first thing you smell entering is sewer masked with cleaning products.
I mentioned that coming in, and the cashier went and sprayed some glass cleaner to mask the sewer smell more.

The chorizo breakfast burrito was great! But their salsa… not so much. I return to Mexican food hot spots if their salsa is good, but this place was just phoning it in. Glad I got it to go so I could use my own at home.

This is my new favorite Mexican food place. While every other restaurant is reducing the quality and quantity of their food, this place still has really good food and reasonable prices. So far I’ve had breakfast burritos, carne asada burro and Menudo. The red menudo is really good. I wouldn’t recommend taking a date here, but get your food to go.

This was our first time here. And we loved it. Nice and clean inside and out. It smells clean too. Like fresh food cooking. Another must for me. The burritos were a nice big size and very fresh. It is very reasonably priced as well. My husband loves the pickled carrots and jalapenos. The hot sauce is very good too. And the employees were very courteous and helpful. I recommend you stop by!

Would you pay $18 for this order of a dozen rolled tacos with cheese and barely any guacamole… I wish I didn’t. Plus the horchata machine is broken and they skimped on the salsa ! Been coming here for 3 years, every time I go lately it’s getting worse. Prices up, quality down. Won’t go back anytime soon.

Immediately the entire place smelled like old cleaning products. Food wasn’t terrible, but the beans have no flavor/seasoning, the sopes are okay but the chicken is a bit mushy. Chicken enchiladas were lukewarm, and my girlfriend said they’re too salty for her taste. The rice was the saving grace but it wasn’t good enough to save the entire meal. I’m sure other items on the menu are good, but #1 and #16 were not the greatest. Money would have been better spent at one of the bertos chains

The place is very clean and very new inside, unlike the other locations in this chain. The carne asada fries are to die for, and the bean and cheese burrito was really good. The chili verde plate was exceptional. The cashier could definitely use some lessons in friendliness. The giant piece of plexiglass they have between the customers and the cashier is ridiculous. Because of it, no one can hear the exchange, so it is frustrating for everyone.

Yesterday as I walked in to pick up my order I made eye contact with a cook with a scraggly beard and smiled as a form of greeting. However, he must’ve taken this the wrong way, as he proceeded to start whistling at me like I was a dog and he was trying to get my attention while I was waiting for the cashier – a disgusting and barbaric behavior. This behavior is entirely unacceptable, ESPECIALLY towards customers. The experience made me uncomfortable enough that I will never go back to this Los, but frankly this also put a bad taste in my mouth with the chain as a whole if this is the type of people they chose to employ. It is incomprehensible to me how anyone could act this way and entirely degrading.
