We tried Los Establos Mexican Restaurant for takeout tonight, and it was amazing! Everything was hot, fresh, and packed perfectly — nothing soggy or cold when we got home. You can tell they really care about quality and presentation, even for to-go orders.
The carnitas were incredible — tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous, and the chips and salsa hit the spot too. It’s so nice having a local place where you can count on great food and friendly service, even when you’re just grabbing dinner to-go.
We’ll definitely be ordering from them again soon!

What made the carnita so darn good was not just the flavor there’s not just one thing, it’s all delicious.
And I can’t forget adding the chips they are perfectly cooked for the salsa. I’m getting hungry just writing this review.

Yummy carnitas burritos and street tacos. Has serve yourself frozen yogurt too. One of our favorite places to go. I had the shrimp zucchini boat tonight and boy was it delicious. Nice, friendly counter service. We’re lucky to have this place to go to up here on the divide

Great hole in wall type of place. Worth a trip to get great Mexican fare. I had the tamale and rellenos combo. Twice what I can eat and best I’ve had in ages! Amazing home made salsas – order the chips and salsa. Check this place out. You’ll thank me
Update! Hired them for a HUGE Burrito fest for our jobsite. Catering was outstanding! Crew loved it. Highly recommend the red salsa. Amazing food!

The food taste old the quezadilla is super greasy the guacamole is old and test nasty and the waitress service is horrible I pay extra $3 for the ships and salsa and the salsa is horrible test like water no flavor and will never come back to this place bad super bad experience I will not recommend sorry

I don’t eat here all that often and now I just spent $40 on 3 burritos that I ordered with Sour Creme and Guac I spent 30 min round trip to drive down there and pick them up to get back home and find out they didn’t write the order down right. When I called the reaction was oh yea sorry I forgot to mark it down correctly would you like a side of each… The appropriate response would have been to comp me some food the next time I’m in. No I’m not going to drive another 30 min round trip to get a side of guac and sour creme that should have been on my burrito in the first place and eat an hour old burrito lol. I just won’t go back in the future if this is the kind of customer service I can expect.

Alright, so for 2 FOH (probably 2 BOH too) and me picking up at prime dinner rush, they killed it! The Taco Salad is stacked!! Got ground beef (gotta test the waters).. and 11 and change out the door? I’m a happy camper.
Fast delivery, solid prices for the portions… in house made ingredients. Got a few green/tomatillo sauces (some salads get dry real fast). Only sniff is the FREE salsa I was given when asked. So no qualms whatsoever.
Wanted to get my foot in the door with basics before I go full bore and explore more.
