I was told I needed to try this Mexican food as it was not only spicy, but delicious!
The green and red salsa that came with the chips were both very good and SPICY! As were the chips.
I had a cheese enchilada with green and it was one of the best I have ever had. You could taste the fresh corn masa. WOW!
I also had the Victoria Special ‘B’ which was listed as spicy:
RELLENO DE CARNE ADOVADA BURRO – HATCH GREEN CHILE RELLENO, CARNE ADOVADA, POTATOES, GREEN CHILE & CHEESE WRAPPED IN A FLOUR TORTILLA & SMOTHERED WITH RED & GREEN CHILE
It was very spicy, but you could still taste the food! This was excellent and the potatoes were french fries!
The last item I ordered was a to go box, LOL!

Being from New Mexico I am always looking for new places that serve NM cusine so when I saw this place I was super excited
And then I ate here and was disappointed. Our server wasn’t the friendliest I got the stuffed sopapilla which was very different from back home To me it was like a giant chalupa with hardly any meat. I ended up putting it inside the side of regular sopapilla that we ordered on the side The beans taste like the threw in old beans with new beans and the new beans were not full cooked I was really hoping this to be my new NM spot but I will not be coming back

My favorite New Mexican food restaurant, and whenever I want something spicey. The enchilada plate with carne adovada Christmas style with the egg is my go to and for many others as well. Margaritas are great and very large.

Christina was fantastic to work with—super helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. The event itself was a big success: the atmosphere was perfect for networking, the drinks were great, and we received tons of compliments on the food. Los Dos Molinos is personally my favorite restaurant, and I’m glad it was a hit with everyone in attendance!

Great location!. Weird hours. Totally worth it. Had a daddy, daughter date here and it was great. Staff was great, food was fantastic. Reminded me of home, Las Cruces NM. Daughters like it so much they want to come back next time! Unfortunately I didn’t get any names from the staff, otherwise I’d give them a shout out! Thanks again for everything!

First visit after referral from friends and it is amazing. Spicy salsa with chips to start that tastes awesome. Chile Rellenos with machaca, refried beans and rice. was incredible. One of the best meals I’ve ever had and I told the Chef/cook because I had to share.

This was a first time visit and recommendation from my friends, friend. The food was delicious but the space is tight if you have a larger party. We had a party of 6 and a baby and it was a tight fit around the table for us.
Aside from that, the food was delicious! Everyone enjoyed their meals and we were all sharing with one another and raving about how delicious it was. I would definitely return but would be more picky about where they seat us for a group of 6 or more.

Great, authentic New Mexican cuisine. The salsas were very hot, which I found pleasant, and I could specifically taste the chili in the red sauce. When we arrived, it was a loud, full house, but there wasn’t a wait for a table. The staff were friendly and efficient, but they definitely had their hands full. We ordered two drinks, an appetizer, and two mains for $55. Large portions, and overall felt like a fair price. 4.5 stars overall!
