This truck surprised me. Served me one of those Instagram/tiktok good looking plates and it tasted amazing. Definitely a hidden gem restaurant. I recommend coming here if you want authentic Mexican.

This is by far the best taco spot in Greenville- Hands Down. My GF and I travel to Mexico often and we are always trying to compare the tacos in MX -vs- places we find back in the US. This is a husband and wife team and they truly know what they are doing. Generous portions and just amazing flavor overall. You have to try the Quesabirria tacos! Chefs Kiss!! We love Los Diaz Tacos. Must try. – This food truck can typically be found in the Lowe’s parking lot on Thomas Langston.
