The load cheese fries are amazingly good. My brother had the combo plate and he loved it. Great place to eat for everyone. They even serve Ramen. I heard rumor that they might be serving loaded back potatoes.

This is one of those places that you do not judge by its cover. FABULOUS! If I could’ve given it more stars I would’ve! Don’t be in a big hurry, it was a one woman show! But it still didn’t take very long. Red enchilada plate was the bomb! Fresh made/fried chips and salsa too! Such authentic deliciousness!!! The atmosphere is fabulous! Try it! You won’t be disappointed!

Upon my first visit to this restaurant, I must admit my expectations were low. Despite having called ahead to place my order, I was taken aback to find that my food wasn’t ready upon my arrival, especially considering the restaurant was nearly deserted. The 20-minute drive left me wondering about the delay. However, my skepticism began to fade when I discovered that my order was not only accurate but remarkably fresh, sparking a glimmer of hope as I prepared to dive into the culinary experience.

Let’s start with the asada fries. Unfortunately, these were just average. The steak was decent, but the fries fell flat, desperately lacking seasoning. A simple sprinkle of salt and pepper would have made a world of difference. Additionally, the onions could have benefited from a softer texture, ideally achieved through dicing them more or sautéing. Overall, I’d rate the asada fries a modest 3 out of 5.

Now, let’s talk about the true highlight of this meal: the birria tacos. These were nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first bite, I was hit with an explosion of flavor that genuinely surprised me, especially given the typical shortcomings of similar establishments in the area. In fact, the tacos were so delectable that I could hardly resist finishing the first one before even considering dipping it in the consomme. When I finally did take that plunge, the consomme only intensified the flavors, transforming each bite into a delightful experience.

The consomme itself was amazing, and sparked delightful visions of birria ramen. Initially, I hadn’t planned…on returning, but the birria tacos and their accompanying consomme have certainly changed my mind. I wholeheartedly give them a 5 out of 5 and highly recommend you give them a try. This hidden gem is worth the visit, and I can’t wait to return for more.

PS: There is no photo of the birria tacos because I was so busy enjoying them that I forgot to take one.

Birria ramen and tacos are delicious. I usually get a cucumber lime to wash it down. So good. Not the cheapest but they don’t skimp on portions. They are fast and there’s never a wait.

Wow just amazing! The first time I came they didn’t have birria I got upset and left. I really shouldn’t have. Well I finally got some and some asada fries. The beans and rice were amazing maybe the best combo I’ve had (the rice was just a hair too salty but I mixed my rice and beans and it evened out) the biria is probably the best in town the dip was spicy but couldn’t stop dippin, the asada fries not so much they were amazing but I’m not sure which spice is used on the meat but it’s something I didn’t enjoy but my gf did. Definitely give these people a Chance!

Waited over 30 minutes to get our food. When we finally received it, the beans and tacos were cold. Service was extremely s-l-o-w. Carne asada tasted like hamburger meat. Very disappointed. Owner accused me of not paying because I gave an unfavorable review. He posted his false claim on Facebook with pictures of our table. When the actual person came forward and paid, he took down the post but never apologized. Being short-handed is no excuse for poor service and cold food. Try paying your staff a decent wage. Avoid this establishment like the plague.

Whenever I crave Quesabirria Tacos I always come here. The birria is good and juicy and the consomé is hearty.

The Chihuahua burger was also a favorite, it reminds me of how we make them in Ciudad Juárez with the ham, grilled frank, guac ❤️

It is inside a car service shop which is odd and unique hahaha lots of things to look at as you ponder if you should come back for an oil change or some tacos.

The ramen is next in my try list.

Come get some delish food!

I LOVE ALL THE BIRRIA dishes! The birria tacos and birria ramen are some of my favorite menu items to get and some times I will suprise my family with the 50 taco plater which is well worth the price! The lady’s that work here are friendly and wonderful! They also have specials everyday for certain items so absolutely worth it to stop by on those days and get a great meal. My only issue is they close early 🙁

Carne Asada tacos are really good. I’ve had the bean burrito and the birria ramen as well and haven’t been disappointed. Really good food, and I love that you can drive up to the to-go window and order/pick-up food.
