The food is amazing and authentic. Their salsa is superior. To get the deal for Taco Tuesdays it’s cash only. The service can be a bit spotty, especially when it gets busy. Requests will get missed, you’ll wait awhile for water, but the food is definitely worth it. Even without the Taco Tuesday deal, everything is very reasonably priced. No need to wait for a check, just head up to the front and let them know your table number.

I absolutely loved this Mexican restaurant! The carne asada burritos were amazing — full of flavor, perfectly served, and with that authentic homemade touch. But what truly made my visit special was Elena, the waitress. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and had the sweetest smile that made me feel right at home.
If you visit this place, ask to be served by Elena — she truly makes the experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stopped in on Friday night in Nov. We walked right in and were promptly seated. They were ready to take our order but we needed some time to decide. Chips and salsa came out as soon as we sat down.
Drink orders was taken immediately.
After ordering, the food came out in about 15 mins. We ordered menudo, Bistecca Mexicana , diet coke, and a daiquiri.
FOOD: was very a good quality and there was a lot, we both took home about 1/2 of what we ordered
DRINKS: Coke came in can, so refills are going to be extra $$. My wife’s daiquiri as about $12, small, and tasted like juice.
SERVICE
The service was very good, met with a friendly face, attentive, and zero wait. The manager came around and asked if everything was OK.
OVERALL
Highly recommend the food, good value for good food, the drinks so not much.

I got the tampiqueña, everytime I have gotten food here, the meat is always flavorful and consistent. Definitely the best Mexican food Ive had in this area. Would 10/10 recommend.

I have to give a shout out to Benny at LosComales of Bolingbrook. He is so warm and personal. Every time we go there he suggests different items on the menu. Very attentive to everyone who comes in. The food is always amazing. And our server Maria was just as great. The food came out hot and delicious. Benny and his team keeps us coming back for more.

they are lazy at this location the hot sauce with the chips is usually warm at Montgomery or Aurora not here this is how they serve it they are unorganized i didn’t get my drink until after i got my food they brought the burnt grilled onions out first how do you bring cold burnt cebollitas this place is a joke if you want authentic Mexican food go to aurora or Montgomery if you wanna eat some less then satisfactory food this is you’re spot.

I ordered the chilaquiles with meat and my husband ordered the comales special breakfast. We also ordered a steak taco each. We were offered their cafe de olla and ordered a cup each. Everything was amazingly delicious and made fresh! The cafe de olla was hot and delicious! Benny, our server, was attentive and replenishing our coffee readily. We were seated promptly with no waiting. Great experience, overall!
