I bought food, went to eat it right after, the rice was very cold and very hard, so basically stale :/ and my steak tasted burnt, like I could taste pieces of the coal. Can’t believe I paid $38 for that food, I wouldn’t even feed my dog it. And then Over the phone they say bring it back but when you bring it back then they refuse to give you your money and say it’s not from there when I know very well I bought it right from them

I just came in to get food here and I saw 2 roaches on a crab soup. I told them and they were trying to remove the roach instead of throwing it away, then another guy came from the kitchen and removed it.

Their food is DISGUSTING, I don’t know how they’re still in business. The rice is hard, stale,they be burning the meat. My meat was black and I can taste the charcoal from it. And some things taste rotten / spoilt and they over price food that should be half priced when it’s been sitting out all day, I wouldn’t even pay $1 for that again. I just ordered food through uber eats. The food tastes horrible, like plastic. I ordered garlic shrimp but I think it’s plastic shrimps or maybe it’s the oils the cook uses. The rice tastes like plastic too. I ordered from this place before and never had a bad experience until today. Something went wrong with this place.

First time eating at this establishment. I had a good experience overall. Reading other reviews regarding a bad experience due to not speaking Spanish is pretty accurate. Good thing I was with two of my buddies who are Dominican so didn’t get the bad treatment. I enjoyed the food!

i had ordered 2
chimi sandwiches and one of them had a hair and the other was uncooked
i called and the lady told me they couldn’t do anything about it. that i had to come in the store when i had order it on door dash.
the first lady who answered also had an attitude like it’s not my fault YALL gave me a sandwich with a hair in it. don’t think i’ll ever buy from here

Second time that I’ve had a bad experience with this place. There won’t be a third!!! I ordered 2 slices of Tres Leches cake through uber eats. They sent me 1 slice of flan and 1 slice of chocolate cake mixed with what looks like flan! Called the restaurant and nobody speaks English. Do not buy food from here! Like I said, this isn’t the first bad experience I had with them.
