Great time at Los Chingones! The tacos were fantastic. My favorite was the duck confit. The salsas were also wonderful. The habanero was particularly great, with a nice heat but also sweet. The service was top notch. Oscar was full of great recommendations and super attentive. Made our experience even better. Will happily return and recommend!

This was my second time dining at Los Chingones, and somehow it was even better than the first. From the food to the service to the vibe, everything was perfect again — which says a lot, because my first visit already set the bar super high.
The food is incredible. Every dish tastes fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully made. The tacos were unreal, the queso disappeared in minutes, and the margaritas were some of the best I’ve had in Denver. It’s one of those menus where you can’t go wrong no matter what you order.
But the highlight of the night was our server, Jo. She is truly amazing. Warm, attentive, great energy, and so knowledgeable about the menu. She made us feel welcome the moment we sat down and checked in at all the right times without ever hovering. Her recommendations were spot on, and she genuinely made our experience feel personal. Servers like Jo are the reason people come back.
After two great visits in a row, Los Chingones is officially one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend — especially if you get Jo as your server!

Thoroughly beat expectations. Happy hour is a solid value. We got chips and guac and a flight of tacos. The carne asada was excellent.

Went and had lunch at Los Chingones — it was our first time. They say “Bad Ass Mexican” on the sign, and they definitely lived up to it. If you’re looking for traditional Mexican, this might not be the spot for that day, but if you’re up for bold, creative flavors, you’ll love it.
The food is amazing, and the environment and atmosphere are awesome. The margaritas are outstanding, and they have a phenomenal tequila selection. All of their mixers are made in-house, which checked every box for us. We will 100% be back.
Also, our server Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Definitely worth checking out!

Atmosphere here is great, definitely modern and not too loud where you can still converse. The food itself was ok, it was hyped up which didn’t help but this place suffers from the same problem that burger restaurants do in that they put so many other toppings on that you can’t taste the meat. So overall not bad but I wouldn’t go out of my way to drive down there.

Great lunch spot in DTC. The food is always great! Love the crispy chips and homemade salsas. Birria tacos are so yummy!! They have a really nice outdoor patio in the summer too.

The food was good overall. We were a large group, and two members specifically requested their Mexican pizzas without chicken. Unfortunately, the pizzas were initially served with chicken. Although the server replaced both pizzas, one of the replacements still had a few pieces of chicken. We appreciate the effort to correct the mistake, but both the chef and the server should be more careful in the future with dietary preferences before serving.

She started off strong with great drink recommendations (margaritas and for me non-alch beer ) . The rattlesnake chorizo queso was FIRE! Followed strong with pork, chicken, fish, and beef tacos.
She was able to PERFECTLY describe every dish without hesitation taking into consideration our spice tolerance and preferences.
Even got some surprise churros !
Clean tables, hot food and great presentation. 10/10!!
The sticker collection in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise.
Sasha made sure to tell us when she’s working so we can come back and dine with her again.
