This was one of the worst food and customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
We ordered three chilaquiles, and every single order was wrong.
* The first order was missing the egg. When we called, the so-called manager said | “didn’t pay for the egg” — but the app shows that price as the item. If the egg is extra, then the app should clearly say that. How am I supposed to know I need to pay more if it’s not showing? If I needed to pay for it, I would’ve paid for it, but the app did not indicate that at all. That is their mistake, not mine.
On top of that, the order had way too much onion and almost no sauce. Chilaquiles without sauce are NOT chilaquiles.
* The second order was the same — dry, barely any sauce, and literally 2-3 tiny pieces of chicken (you can clearly see it in the photo).
* The third order was dangerous. We clearly requested NO ONION because my friend is ALLERGIC, and they still added a lot of onion.
When we called to fix THEIR mistake, the woman who answered said she was the manager and was rude and aggressive. She said we “didn’t pay for the egg,” demanded proof of my friend’s allergy, and then told us to bring the food back because they
“couldn’t come pick it up.”
I paid a $7 delivery fee plus tip, ordered online because I was sick, and they still expected me to drive the food back for THEIR mistake? Completely unacceptable.
On top of that, she started yelling, calling me “mamacita”, and screaming over the phone. That is beyond disrespectful and extremely unprofessional behavior, especially from someone claiming to be a manager.

Between the poor food quality, ignored allergy request, and hostile customer service, this place is a hard DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will never order from here again.
If there were -10 stars, that’s exactly what this place deserves.

Clean restaurant with really great customer service — the staff was friendly and attentive. However, the food itself was not authentic Mexican and was pretty disappointing. There were no complimentary chips and salsa when we sat down, which already felt unusual.

The fajitas were solid, but overall the dishes lacked flavor. The guac situation was the biggest letdown: you have to pay $18 for the ‘fresh’ guacamole, otherwise they serve the pre-packaged Wholly Guacamole. The queso also tasted more like a powdered mix than real queso. The nachos had stadium Jalepenos, its like food you get at the bar or football game

It’s just not authentic Mexican food at all, and unfortunately it left my stomach hurting afterward. Amazing service, but the food really didn’t match.

Food was decent but seemed different from previous visits. Service was ok but you were sort of just there. The atmosphere is fine and no real complaints. For parking, there’s free street parking in the evening so nothing to stop you from going. This last trip we tried different things and saw the dip in food. I would have my order again but wouldn’t go out of my way for it. Just didn’t impress. We started off our meal with nachos, that I thought were the highlight. They were better than most nachos, and then things went downhill from there. My wife ordered a Mexican mole plate with oaxaca mole but got red mole, which was too spicy for her and so my son switched with her. She found her experience disappointing. My son had the surf and turf burrito (huge), which was fine, while I ordered the enchiladas with red mole. Not bad; not a keeper in my opinion.

Their tamales are the best I have ever had in a restaurant! They make all their own sauces and they are awesome! The steak burrito was also great. The service is friendly and quick and the atmosphere is great. I will be back.

I first tried Los Chamacos’ tacos at the Arlington County Fair and was hooked immediately—I even made sure to snap a picture so I wouldn’t forget to visit their restaurant later! Stopping in for happy hour did not disappoint. The drinks were great, the food was incredibly filling, and the flavors were spot on. I ordered the birria, chorizo, and the mixto (chicken, steak, and shrimp)—each one was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was fast and friendly. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Best Mexican food I’ve had in nova. The birria pizza is phenomenal and the gorditas are great. Their habanero salsa is also awesome. I would highly recommend coming and trying that birria pizza as that alone is worth a drive up. Definitely a highly recommended spot for me. Also, as a good mention they do have halal options on the menu for any Muslim people thinking of giving this place a try.

They have the best burrito I have ever had. My boyfriend and I are burrito connoisseurs and we both agree the burritos here are exceptional. We usually order takeout and the burritos come with sour cream and two different salsas. I always get the veggies burrito and my boyfriend gets either the breakfast burrito or the steak and shrimp.

We try to limit to ordering once a week, but it’s hard to resist!

Hands down the best Mexican food in the DMV. This was my family’s Friday night spot until we moved and it might be the thing we miss the most. Staff is awesome (GREAT with kids), the atmosphere is perfect, and the food is the exact Mexican food you are craving. Put french fries in the burrito.
