A beautiful place to have dinner ️
Had some Mexican enchiladas and shrimp rice and beans. Their tables are wide and woody! Lol
If you sit too much your butt will hurt! Hahaha just saying. Because it’s made of homemade American varnish. They are nice by the way. I truly want to thank this Mexican place for their hospitality and friendly service. The margaritas are superb and delicious.
Real Mexican food from Mexico ! If you come by Thur Chicago – come by and see for yourself. The prices are fairly reasonable and food is really well served. This is my first time I come here and experience this all Mexican food from Mexico.

We frequently come eat here due to the fantastic service and food. Tonight we came in and had quite the sad experience. We saw that they were busy but not swamped. It took a few minutes to get our drink orders placed and our waiter took our food order at the same time. Then he took two other tables food orders that had gotten there before us. We then waited over 30 minutes for any sort of update. The two other tables got their food as they should have. We were finally told that our food was coming out. 20 more minutes go by before we see a table that had gotten there 30 minutes after us get their food. Finally, our food came out. It was tasty and hot. No apology or anything. We quickly ate and went up to pay. My kids and I left to warm up the car. My husband says he did get an apology but I’m not even sure. Nothing taken off the bill and no explanation. We got 3 orders of 2 tacos and one order of queso with chorizo. Nothing complicated. I am quite discouraged by this experience. We come here as a comfort and tonight made us upset. This is not how you treat people that come in very often.

Finally!!! Good Mexican food on the road! Wife ordered Menudo, was a tad bit spicier than she is used to but was still really good! I got fajitas with cheese sauce and they were really good. Tortillas were yellow corn had the smell of lime which reminds me of northern Mexico where my family is from! 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve gotten food from this place a few times. I like the fajitas and tacos. But the burritos are greasy, and I’ve had better. Also, when it comes to picking up food, they do not seal it correctly, and I’ve had multiple leaks inside my car from the food. If you go there I suggest eating inside to prevent the mess in your car.

Overall was very pleased. Service was a bit slow even though there were only 4 tables there including ours. The food was great! The only thing I recommend changing is the guacamole. It was very bland. No seasoning. But if you ask for a cup of limes and a bowl of pico you can definitely make it how it needs to be!

First time comming here with my family. The environment and decor was so welcoming and colorful. I liked the large cups, large portions and taste of the food. They have alot of booths which I really liked. We visited on Mothers day and were helped promptly even though they were busy. The steak was seasoned well. I was able to have 4 tacos out of a order of 2, we felt like we got our money’s worth. I can tell alot of work and time went into the design and decor. Walking in I felt very comfortable and welcome, there was good music and the bathrooms were really clean. Favourite part, crushed Ice ❤️

We enjoyed a very good dinner here while passing through on I-80. Food and service were top notch. Prices were reasonable. When we travel, we usually just go with “fast” food, but from when we came in to when our food came was only about 15 minutes.
Only downside is the air conditioning was pretty aggressive. Even though it was quite warm outside, we were very cold inside.

This place has really gone down hill. The food was excellent a year ago. Last time we went I was given hotdogs. My wife’s food she gets regularly was completely different, and when we asked the server about it, he gave us a bs excuse. It’s really unfortunate when restaurants make bad decisions like this.

Despite it being busy, the staff was a “well oiled machine”. Steady stream of “cerveza” and chips and salsa. Always asking if we needed anything. Never a empty glass!
