Do not eat here , you will get sick . Cooking staff has poor sanitation standards. We purchased food to go , pupusas and atol de elote. The atol was almost cold but what we found at the bottom of the cup was the worst. A mix of different vegetables tomato , carrot , and a big black hair . I immediately called and informed them of this. I drove back and showed it to the staff which left them speechless. You cannot charge what you charge only to serve dirty food . I wouldn’t normally complain or even drive back but in this case I had to . The picture is of the staff giving me a refund .

Ordered three pupusas, honestly was good nothing fancy. It was slow so service wasn’t an issue and the environment is just a bland restaurant with the option to play your own music from the jukebox with a selective playlist. Reasonably priced as well at just over $3.25 or more depending which exact you choose, didn’t try anything else otherwise I was content with what I ordered. My only complaint with the place is it was rather warm inside a little more AC would’ve made it more comfortable especially when you’re eating something spicy and it’s hot outside. I’ll be coming back for more.

The food taste good but customer service is Terrible, rude, ladies the ones that serve. Never do they even come back to ask if you need anything. Always have to chase them to ask for extra napkins, for them to refill drinks. Please watch your bill carefully because they charge xtra if you don’t check your bill. I was charged xtra and the waitress still trying to deny it.

Me and my fiancé went to eat here it was fire I had this white creamy soup with sea food mixed in it. My fiancé had the hot skillet asada fajitas firerrrr! I recommend this place.

This restaurant use to make good pupusas, but today I got disappointed. They are by far the worst pupusas I ever had. No flavor what so ever. As you can see in those pictures they cheese wasn’t even spread out correctly. I hate the fact that they use “authentic” and “pupusa” house as their slogan. This are not authentic a cheese quesadilla has more flavor than this! Do yourself a flavor and try another place instead. I only gave it one star because 0 stars is not an option. So disappointed with this place!

The food is good but the service sucks!!! This is my 3rd time coming here and each time they take forever to bring out the food. At least 30-40 minutes. And as I sat there and watched everyone else be served and asked if they’re good, do you need anything? Not once were we asked nor did they ever come and check up on us. I’m wondering if they only like their “people” because it sure did feel that way. Never ever coming back.

Went in around 11:30 took 15-20 minutes just to get menus/drinks and left at 12:45 without even seeing our food. The waitress was rude. Half the staff was just standing around going in and out the restrooms. They never gave a refill on drinks or chips and salsa. The experience was complete trash. Wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. Came to Don Pepe’s instead. Now I’m sitting here food in front of me before I even finish this review. I’m sure the food isn’t ready at los Cabo’s yet.
