Always delicious food. Enjoyed their food for years. I live in Vancouver, Washington now but have family here and when I want authentic Mexican food, I will go to Los Cabo’s.

I stopped her because of the reviews. Kinda sorry I did. Service was just all wrong, food was not correct when delivered, and the food was just okay. You get chips and salsa but they are not kinda tasteless. I had two tacos and to my surprise they were hardshell sitting in a pool of sauce. Just ruined…

Good Mexican food in this Creswell location.
Fast and friendly service.
Food is pretty consistent and good. Large portions.
The acoustics here are horrible, so it’s extremely loud when busy. A bit too much for my liking.

I ate here once and had a pretty mediocre experience, but I gave it another try about a year later, in case it was a fluke, and had a slightly worse experience. The food is average at best, and their combo options didn’t let me get what I wanted without also getting something I didn’t want. I was pretty dissatisfied with the service in particular.

That’s basically the entire review, you can stop reading now. The following paragraphs are a more detailed explanation (read: rant) of why I was dissatisfied with the service.

I generally don’t care about service, and I prefer to be left alone while I’m eating. I like being able to get a staff member’s attention if I do need something, though – most commonly, this is a refill of my glass of water. I drink a lot of water with meals, especially spicy Mexican food, so I like having either a large glass of water with infrequent refill checks, or a small glass with frequent checks. This place hits the sour spot of having tiny glasses of water, and very infrequent checks to refill it, even when there were only a few customers on both my visits. I rarely saw anyone so couldn’t get their attention, either.

On my second visit, my car was in the shop so I was just bumming around town for a few hours while I waited, and I had my water bottle with me so I could stay hydrated while I walked. I brought it with me into the restaurant – because where else was I going to put it? – and for some reason the waitress got the idea that I wouldn’t also want a glass of water. I had to ask for one, and she seemed surprised. In my opinion, giving a customer a glass of water should be a matter of course, even if they do have their own bottle. Or at least ask if they want one.

Our waitress was really nice. We had a small communication barrier but we were able to figure things out with ease. The restaurant is nicely decorated. I had a combo plate. A chili relleno-delicious, cheese enchilada- delicious, and taco. I don’t eat beef or chicken so I had fish. The fish was good but the taco itself was a bit plain. My husband had chicken nachos and said they were the best nachos he’s ever had. The chicken was delicious.

The music was so loud I could barely hear the people at my table. Much like trying to go have family dinner at a dance club.
The server had an attitude with my teen when said teen asked why there were olives on shrimp nachos when the menu said nothing about olives. Ot was as if we had asked why there was cheese on the nachos (actually mentioned in the menu).
The food was okay. It all was one note but very edible. Both adults that ate wound up with mild indigestion.
Honestly it was so loud and unpleasant I ate as fast as I could, paid, and practically ran out of there. It was almost a physical relief to be back outside.
I definitely recommend it if you absolutely do NOT want to hear anything your dining companion has to say.
